The Novocaine injection she administered was painless, everything being done was explained and periodically Dr Bui checked on me during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The receptionist, Pat, is so professional and cordial. The assistants are courteous and kind. The office is immaculate and organized. The receptionist tells us our dentist was running late. The dentist would be an hour and a half late. The receptionist was very nice and professional. She was the only dentist in today. There was no other dentist to see. Being so late is unacceptable, 15 to 20 minutes you can understand. An hr and 1/2 there is no excuse. Unless God forbid there was an accident or weather related. We were left with no other choice to go back home. Just very dissatisfied. For it being our first visit, it wasn't a good experience. One star because receptionist was nice. I walked in today with a painful emergency, and the girl at the front desk (who had no name tag…read morebtw; I realize this isn't required everywhere but it sure gives a nice personal touch) asked me if I had an appointment. I said no, this just happened. So she said no doctor could see me today. I seem to recall that in the past they would at least ask, if someone walked in in pain, and leave it up to the doctors. Many times they would at least have a quick look. I asked - ok, begged - if she could speak to somebody. But this girl refused to budge. Instead, she proceeded to ask at least two more times if I had an appointment. So I asked her, "Do you plan your emergencies?". She mentioned having something tomorrow, but I can't wait. So I asked, if you don't offer emergency services, can you at least recommend a place that does? Again, nothing. I would think ANY medical or dental practice should be able to recommend emergency services to patients that request them, but she didn't want to be bothered. They might as well have a sign on the desk saying "We don't care." One star for such a heartless place is being generous.
