Everyone tried so hard to understand and help her. We are now going on our second season with Meraki and can't wait to see how my little girl progresses. She loves her teachers her private lessons everything about Meraki! Ms.Karly is PHENOMENAL ! Ms.Aly is a favorite as well! We don't live close to The studio so we are driving about 30 mins each way for classes but it's 100% worth it to us! We'll move/switch schools to be closer before we ever think of changing studios! A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO OWNER KERRI! She's so helpful and loving. We love Meraki and can't wait to see how far we can go !

I enrolled my granddaughter for the 10 week course. It was supposed to last from 415 to 5 o'clock…read moreeight out of the 10 classes started late and ended early. There goes the money I paid for a full 50 minute class. The majority of the class was stretching for a bunch of five-year-olds. their dance was basically jumping jacks there were only a couple days where they did a little bit of basic ballet moves, but even the moves they were doing they did not even correct the little girls they just let them skip up and down the dance floor. This was the worst place i have seen. the people who work there or had older children in different classes were always sitting in the only 6 available chairs so the parents could not even watch their own children . As a parent, our grandparent, I want to watch my grandchild our child not sit there and watch them gossip about everything. I will never go back there, and I will tell everybody not to. so basically paid for 10 minutes of some sort of ballet moves and the rest of the time talking and stretching.

I went to the website and saw that they had a free day ( first Sat of the month) This museum was built in 2002 and is like a large gallery named for the solo artist Rita Deanin Abbey. What a versatile talented artist. She covers a multiple of mediums from sculpture, fiber glass, resin, paint and vivid colors to express herself. The space is modern, clean and the workers are very knowledgeable about Rita's work. We were told the museum is also used as an event space hosting weddings, bar mitzvah and other social events. It snuggled in a residential area so use your gps. Definetly worth a look to see her gorgeous display of art. An hour or so is the time needed to explore this museum.

The museum, which opened in 2022, honors Rita Deanin Abbey and presents a large selection of her art. Rita was an art professor at UNLV for over 20 years before retiring and devoted all her time to create art. On this property, it initially contained her home, art studio and sculpture garden before Rita and her husband built the 10,500 sq ft museum. Rita is known for her abstract expressionism, figures, landscapes, and non-objective subject matter that is expressed through paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, porcelain enamel fired on steel, stained glass and computer art. A docent gave us a tour of facility and sculpture garden. But we were the only ones in the museum so we able to enjoy the peacefulness and admire and be mesmerized by the artwork. If you enjoy art, a visit to this fabulous museum is a must visit if you're visiting Vegas.
