I used to love the service from USPS- Ridgeland, however, last year I began noticing problems with…read moredelivery. One month I didnt get several of my bills delivered. Next month I would get them. I then realized there was a staff change & my normal delivery person was changed to a different route. I am unsure why the change since he would return different day, different weeks. Mixing the regular delivery person always had my bills and medications to me same time monthly. I am now lucky if I get mail and/or meds. What ever is happening at USPS-Ridgeland needs correction. I have seen many come & go over the years & this is definitely the worst I have ever seen doing delivery and a few window workers at the post office should retire and move out rather than treat people so rudely. A ship is only as good as its captain so whoever runs that branch now, needs to fix many issues I have watched over the years deteriorate. Maybe step aside & let someone else do the job. Quit sitting in your office. Get out & pay attention to your branch & those claiming to 'work' there. Management draws a hefty check and seems to be just as bad as the person(s) beneath them OR VICE-VERSA. #UNACCEPTABLE. @USPS-Ridgeland, MS
