They help you book flights only they don't do package holidays. They helped me get flights to India, as I wanted a flight where you stop off isn't direct they helped me get a date in the week I gave them. They also helped me sort out baggage and currency exchange. They said if I had any left after I can bring them back and exchange them again. They are really friendly with really competitive rates. They told me places to visit when I told them what I was interested in and then I used them again. Really good service.

Members of my family have been using trailfinders for 30 years. However my mother and father booked…read moreand paid a deposit for with them in January 2019 for a holiday later in 2019. Subsequently my mother was diagnosed with incurable cancer. When approached about cancelling the flights (Trailfinders had not passed on any deposit money to the airline - British Airways) they have been told there's no refund at all. British Airways have confirmed directly to us that they would have refunded had any money been transferred over. The destination booked in the USA on hearing this news refunded the holiday money for accommodation immediately. So Trailfinders have pocketed the money and have no intention of refunding. A morally bankrupt and disgraceful big bully boy business. No compassion at all. had to give them one pip just to post this as there's no -5 pips selection

They know their holiday destinations inside out and provided me with a tailored itinerary suited to my needs on my whirlwind bespoke private tour of India 2 years ago. They nailed everything down to a tee, and both myself and family were so happy and impressed we booked again and recommended to friends and colleagues. What really impressed me was that they were able to recommend different hotels based on what facilities I was after, and it was no hassle when i chose last minute amendments. The fact that they charge no credit card fees on booking, flexible payment options and expertly 1-to-1 advice, is a niche and welcoming service in the travel sector. I particularly like how they send out free quarterly magazines and offers to my home address. You wont be disappointed! I'm a regular.

The place was very well presented and had all sorts of holidays available. It was the store manager who served me and we discussed the type of holiday I was after and what they had to offer me. The discussion was a little slow at first because she was trying to get a specific holiday idea out of me, which I didn't know and kept finding holidays that were out of my budget. The discussion got better though and they had some good deals to offer and some that were not so good. For each offer she went through everything clearly (resort, flights, things to do, price etc.) Unlike many other travel agents there was no pressure to secure anything there and then, which was a great relief. She even emailed me the details allowing me time to think more about them. Seeing as though I am looking to book last minute ( I know that's not good organisation) I was hoping for something cheaper but what they offered beats anything else I've found so I will definitely be coming back to book!
