Upon mother quitting job today after being aggressively sent home mother was met with even more attitude while Rebecca , manager was leaning against service counter gossiping to called in employee about mother's personal and medical business. I could have went elsewhere, but I decided to stop on my way back home. Well do to unfortunate events, my clipboard was stolen and everything in it. Well the gas receipt from Wiley's was in there. Along with every other receipt for the last 4 wks. So.. I called Wiley's on Tues, I pumped gas on Monday. The very nice lady answered the phone at the store. I explained my situation and she was more than helpful. She explained that she was the only one at the store and the lady nextdoor (Twilight Electric), they own that business as well, was going to get back to me. I gave her all my information and pump number. She knew the sense of urgency. I called back on Thursday. She explained that they were still looking for it. So I decided to call next door. The lady who answered the phone at Twilight Electric explained to me that she will get to it when she could. I explained the sense of urgency because I don't get paid without it. And the vendor won't except a bank statement. Well Friday came by and I got another round of excuses. So..at this point I'm furious. I said a few bad words in anger, BUT never directed towards the female. I never called her out her name, but I was furious at the way they handled my situation. Then guess what happened... big bad Jim Wiley calls me up and tells me that I shouldn't be talking to his girls like that. And I explained that, I didn't. He was so hell bent on trying to tell me about how I talked to his girls that he forgot what the subject was. See... he has to understand that I didn't call talking bad to his girls. I started this journey on Tuesday. And come Friday I didn't have a copy of my receipt. Anyone would understand my position. You don't get to dictate how my reaction based off the action that caused me to react. John also told me that he was going to instruct his girls not to retrieve my receipt. Lol. John.. women are emotionally creatures and from your actions, they will be the death of you. If you would have just gotten the receipt rather than puff up your chest, I would have given you a better score. Lady's and gentlemen, if you can avoid using this location I suggest you do so. They don't understand that the customers are the ones who keep you in business. The lady in the store went above and beyond, she needs to run the whole organization. Jim...stf down.

It is indeed in a very strange location. If you're headed east on Highway 180 from Main Street, access to this smallish grocery store will be on the right. The employees were too busy or unfriendly to interact with me on Mother's Day 2026. But it's a clean, organized store. The produce section was fantastic. Good deals. My rewards number works here probably because they are associated with Albertsons Market. I used self-checkout.

I have shopped at Sam's and Walmart for years and I really understand that with affordable prices, Sam's/Walmart uses affordable labor. With that affordable labor comes challenges. I would like to start with the Automotive department CSR needs to be reassigned. He is a hygiene fail followed by constant challenges from customer requests that are the simplest form. From simple data entry to communication with customers. Not only with myself but my observation with other customers. The automotive technicians need training. From talking to customers to learning to communicate with CSRs on breaks to prevent customers from going elsewhere for service. This would improve customer interaction and drive productivity as well. My personal experience with this store has been below fair. I've been waiting on tires for over a week to find out they have been in for about the same time. I've called and can't get through. Once I get a break to check on status I am told they can install ASAP. Then I get pushback from the techs. This is after I suggest dropping off the following day. I spent another 30min just to find out it's now going to over 2hrs. Thanks Walmart. Now I'm in a great mood arguing with my wife over your staff messing up our Sunday morning and accomplishing nothing with you, on the partial day off that I have.

This one is that small but somehow managed to cram a menagerie of grocery aisles in the front. It's packed and small, but it works. Items are limited, tho I'm used to a large city Wally, where the options are more immense and well stocked. For example, the chip aisle, or section not he aisle, was roughly 10 feet wide, larger stores have an entire aisle of chips. Despite the limited food, we stopped to check the Lego section, this was better, it was short on the shelves, but they had lego items that we have not seen in any other stores. It was clean, tight aisles, well kept. It's also your only option for the mega chain stores.
