It's easy to get in and out quickly, however going inside the post office is another story. Everyone is wonderful-except Chris. He seems to think that we all need his packaging expertise and comments, which we as the consumer do not. On top of being slow, this one often has lots of customers. Use East Side instead.

I came in to have 3 precious items shipped back to CA - the Last Supper painted by my mother, an…read moreantique children's rocker built for my aunt and a moonshine jug my grandfather used for water on the farm. My items arrived in 5 days and you cannot imagine the care that was taken in packing these priceless items. It took me quite some time and a few pair of scissors to unwrap the rocker. I can never tell those ladies how much I appreciate their care for me that day (I was very emotional) and for those items. My youngest granddaughters enjoyed the rocker, the jug sits on my fireplace and the painting will be hung in my dining room. THANK YOU! If I come home again, lunch from Woody's is on me.

Even though the latter was a *FedEx*, and not a UPS shipment, Felicia was so kind to tell me where I could go to ship it, a nearby Dollar General, and even affixed the shipping label that I had brought to the item's case. I have problems with my fine motor skills so this was very, very helpful. Thank you!!

Saying something bad about your local post office will not change the fact that these are…read moregovernment employees. I recommend if you need to go here but you probably will to get your passport just pick your patience. The gentleman who everyone Ranson raves about on yelp and or Google is not so much as rude as he just doesn't have much of a personality. I didn't really find him to be rude even after I had to wait for him for 10 minutes after his collar told him someone is waiting to get a passport. The customer service is not HORRIBLE just take your patience :)
