All the staff is helpful and polite for the exception of one elder lady. She is loud, throws customer's packages across the room and today she spilled water on my package after I handed it to her. She did not greet me, did not allow me to verify if the address was correct that she put into her computer and does not say "Your welcome" when I've thanked her before even through experiencing all this bad customer service. This is not the first time this elder lady has been rude to me. On my previous visit she would not look in my direction while serving me. She normally talks to all the locals and even knows them by name. So when she gives me the cold shoulder I feel the different treatment. Her demeanor is very unwelcoming. I live in this city and would like to continue to support my local business but she gives this wonderful establishment a bad rep. read more
