Yes, I brought my tape, wrapping paper, gifts and just did it there. Very peaceful in the lobby area with full windows behind me and rows of post office boxes in front of me. I enjoyed hearing the sounds of busy people laughing and chatting and making noise behind the walls in the mailroom , muffled but not silent. This lobby area I believe is open 24/7. Then I grabbed the right priority mail box - which I realize now costs how much you can shove in to it and not by weight- and headed inside to the reception desks, where I waited for the 1 person in front of me to finish before I was served, by a very kind and patient person (thank you!). She taped up my box and I was in and out quickly.

Apparently, it is associated with the USPS, but is privately owned. Apparently, the ownership changed just over 2 years ago, but the workers have stayed the same for the most part. They are friendly, know what they are doing and very helpful. I go here to save time and for convenience. It is in the back of the shopping center near the library. I would recommend going here than elsewhere.

I've been going here for over 13 years. My company drops off packages every day at this post office. I even know most of the employees by name. Truthfully, they don't lose too many packages, they're delayed but rarely lost. So when I had a missing package I was expecting the supervisor to react very differently. Prepaid packages can be dropped off in a set of bins at the end of the counter. All of the package were scanned except for one so a few days later I went into the post office, with paperwork showing that it was accepted at the location. I was asked to wait for a supervisor. I waited and waited and waited and 20 minutes later, someone came out and he was so rude and nasty. His first words were..What do you want? I explained the situation and he kept screaming at me "where's your proof...you didn't ship it ...you didn't drop it off it's not here.... I won't help you, come back Monday and talk to the manager" As I was walking out, a woman stopped me and said, I can't believe how he spoke to you. I never would've taken that from anyone! Will I continue to drop off packages here, unfortunately, yes. Does the supervisor care how he treats customers... No, he doesn't have to. Oh, and BTW the package showed up at the destination five days later. No need to be nasty or rude.

Today was a very different story. I went in to buy a mailer envelope and mail a very small item And it became a very big deal. I was being helped by a man named Sib. I don't think it was his first day but it sure seemed like it. First, he asked me what my ZIP Code was, but it's sitting there on the return address. Then he asked me what the ZIP Code was that it's going to because he couldn't read it. I told him what it was and he still got it wrong. When I got the bill, it sounded like too much money so I looked at it and sure enough there was a four dollar charge that he said he didn't know how it got there. So then he tried to give me a refund for it, but didn't know how to do that. And he tried to re-ring the entire thing up and he didn't know how to do that. He called for his colleague, Hella. She was very little help and then left him alone to finish it. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. This was supposed to take all of 6 to 7 minutes. Admittedly, I was getting frustrated and it was apparent. However, then, Hella decided to join in the fun and she ranted and raved for I don't know how long but she wouldn't stop and she said he won't help you and I won't help you either. So I asked for a manager he came out and she wouldn't even do what he was telling her to do. So rather than fight with her, he just went back to the other guy and he did it while the manager stood there to finish the job. The manager was rolling his eyes at her and had zero control of her behavior. My item is mailed and I will find another post office for the next time. This was truly a negative experience. I do thank the manager for helping and I am sorry that he has to work with such incompetence.

This "US Post Office" is a contracted shipping shop. They offer to pack your shipments, notary…read moreservice ($10 fee), printing, shipping supplies, FREE usps priority boxes among other services. This location is convenient by my work, so I stopped by on my lunch. I came in with prepaid shipping labels (meaning I already paid for postage) and they told me it's $1/ label. I had 4 packages with the prepaid USPS code. At all other USPS locations, they print the labels, attach to your package, and on your way you go. I don't understand how I already paid for the shipping service and they charge in addition?! I feel like they are double-dipping with the contract they have with USPS, $1/label isn't much, but if your already paid for the label/package how does this make sense?? This would effect any reseller (Facebook marketplace orders, Poshmark, Amazon that provides labels). Also, one of the staff from management is always smoking outside the front door, and the entire store smells like cigarette smoke. Eww I will take the extra time to drive to another shipping facility before visiting them again.

He seemed new and didn't know what he was doing! The recipient never received the item, and 2 weeks later it came back in mail marked more postage was owed!! I did not have receipt so couldn't go back and prove it! I went back figuring another person would do a better job, and he didn't ! He tried to charge me too much and I had to tell him to give me priority mail charge. Saved $10!! Now I look at my receipt and he didn't give me the separate tracking number. Never returning to location!
