This is the worst US BANK ever but today's experience kinda put the cherry on top Usually, I don't like coming here because the tellers are rude. Fake smiles if they even smile, not very friendly very cold they never have freaking cash in the drive-through ATM so therefore I have to get out of my car to go get some cash inside so what is the point of having drive-through ATM if you have no cash in there this happens all the time, today I went in there quickly to drop off all my change that I had counted and rolled up the teller twice told me she couldn't take it because it looked like there was missing money my expression was are you serious? You have cameras all over this place. I'm not trying to rob you a penny and a dime so I had to take it out and count it in front of her because apparently she thinks I can't count and I'm dumb or something and I proved her wrong twice. The money was all in their complete. She was just being lazy and not counting it herself oh and shall I forget she created a line behind me so they all had a show I didn't catch the teller's name I guess I should've I didn't really give her much attitude. I really wanted to, but yeah, I can't stand rude annoying people who can't do their jobs accordingly she looked very young so I would recommend this establishment to hire people who are actually friendly and can do their job well to their title. It is all about customer service and a speedy interaction and not making the customer feel like they're dumb.

However, I'm an hour and a 1/2 early. I was hoping the 3-4 signatures that are needed wouldn't take a long time. Mind you the place is empty. I'm sure someone could have taken me back. But it's okay. My fault which is why I didn't give 1 star. Also, I'm a new member. Just opened a checking savings and a personal loan (which was approved yesterday) 15k I've read the negative reviews and wanted to proceed with caution since there are so many options for credit unions out there but golden1 is amongst the top 10 as far as assets go. Not to sure how they rank in customer satisfaction and technology. Like I said. I can't blame them completely since I do have a 2pm appointment but I guess it gives me a little extra time to write this review since my drive is 45mins to home. I wanted to give 2 stars which I did previously but I gave 3 bc they did approve me for 15k but then again I'm a 790 fico. Let's see how the next transaction goes. Stay tuned!

Bummed me out to get a gift from my uncle and then get treated like a thief! I will definitely be letting my uncle and everybody know how they treat customers here. The guy was Effren. I guess it's fun to treat clients like criminals anymore. Also, make sure you give yourself adequate time if you have to go here because they take their sweet time.

Funny, they only have 3 teller stations for such a big bank. My Mom and I were turning our heads. Picture it! We waited for pratically 40 minutes in line just to cash a check. There were about 10 people in front of us. Unbelievable! I was patient to wait, but my Mom was not very happy. She said we could have driven to another BofA out in San Gabriel within the wait time. I have to say, she was right. Anyway, when it was our turn, we walked up to the teller. The lady behind the window was pleasant. She quickly handled our transaction. We got our cash and we were on our merry way. Unfortunately, I had to hear it in the car LOL. It's all good.
