I must confess that I was a bit skeptical at first, since I am not the best pole dancer, never used heels before and was not familiar with spin pole, but they really create a safe environment where you get to try different things and celebrate all the small accomplishments. Marie is an amazing instructor. She is always interested in helping and teaching all the details. Her combos and choreographies are fun and interactive, and there is ALWAYS something new to learn, no matter your level. Watching her dance really inspires me. Sabine is so strong and flexible that motivates me to work harder and train more. Rikke is sweet, friendly and super talented. Her Dance Your Way classes are my favourite and the routines are always fun to learn. They offer classes almost everyday, and you can choose between a more dancy one (with new choreographies every week), to flexy or technical. If you are new to pole, this is the perfect place to try out. If you are a veteran, this place will challenge you every class.
