I got a new mower a couple years ago and I take it to Q&S before each mowing season to have it serviced. I've never had an issue, and the service is great with great prices. The staff is very friendly too! I would highly recommend them for any small engine, but especially for lawnmowers. They sharpened my blade, changed the oil, air filter, everything!

It was close to 3 months before I got frustrated with being strung along with stories about ordering carburetors, whether it be he ordered the wrong one, or his wife had reordered the right one. Finally he told me "I don't know what to do about it. ." I ordered a carburetor for around $20, which arrived about a week later. I replaced it and my son is back on his motorcycle. Not even as much as an apology from Glen. Don't waste your time with this guy!

Beware!!! My son's diesel truck had a cracked turbo. They…read morehad it from Jan 30th through April 16th. The communication was awful, and we ended up with a truck that is still not right. Here is a timeline of sorts of our terrible experience. On Jan 30th they picked it up. Feb 11 attempt contact, truck.still outside. Multiple attempts to contact. March 5th, "Turbo fixed", picked up and on the way driving it home it had a horrible loud noise coming from engine. We turned right around and drove it straight back. March 17th "They have to do some stuff and test it then hopefully it's good. After that if its still bad they have to take apart the engine. They think it'sthe spark plugs." *multiple contacts with no updates, truck STILL outside* April7th "They are changing the rest of the spark plugs to see if it with make it run smooth. He said when they changed the first one it ran smoothly for a while but went back to running rough. So they are going to try the rest and see if that fixes it" April 16 "ready", replaced all spark plugs and it was "good to go." We picked up the truck, and it still has issues. It's running rough and still has a weird, loud sound in the engine that was not previously there before the turbo cracked. Needless to say it is not going back there. I would not recommend this company to anyone. And would give it a zero if I could because of the lack.of communication, and clearly messed up something while fixing the turbo.

I bought my Stihl weed eater and my new zero turn mower there. They have always been my go to for service, quality products, and help. They even once helped me with my Craftsman chainsaw as the chain was a royal pain to get back on. They helped me with that, fixed it, tightened it, and said don't worry about it. No charge. 5-star outfit for sure!
