I brought my jeep into Gili's with some front end damage, Orna made a great impression from the start and was straightforward with the whole process I'd needed to go through with my insurance to getting it into the garage. Upon dropping my car off I was made clear of a timeline and the process my car would be undergoing, whether it was adjustment, ordering more parts, insurance related things, the whole lot. I was kept in the loop everytime my insurance was involved, I was told what parts were being ordered, when they were expected to arrive and what was going on. I was not left in the dark and felt part of the entire process. That's something I'm not used to when dealing with garages and it was a breath of fresh air. I just picked my jeep up this morning (it was finished a day ahead of when they originally expected) and I'm blown away with everything. The car looks amazing, runs better, and is squeaky clean! As someone who does a lot of my own vehicle upkeep I'm always terrified when dealing with garages for fear of being ripped off or given the run around, and my car means a lot to me.
