So this was my first outing since I've come out of surgery and I was super excited because I love…read morearcades! This particular arcade is a "sister arcade" to the orginal amusement 2000 located on st. Cath one of the only arcades in Montreal. Both arcades are game focused and have no rewards system or tickets or anything like other arcades in the states or Toronto had so for me personally makes them a little bit less appealing but I take what I can get. I'm terms of size the location is not very big so often you'll be waiting to use a pinball machine or one of the racing games but the basketball game seems to be the most crowded. On a Friday night there were lots and I mean lots of high school aged kids pouring in and out of the place so keep that in mind if you're not a fan of having a lot of people in one spot In terms of actual game options there aren't to many on one side there's a line of pinball machines followed by 3 shooting type games and 4 basketball machines and on the other side there was a line of racing games followed by boxing machines. To me that isn't the most exciting options or diversity but again it's something. This arcade is a great way to kill an hour but it's not something you can spend a bunch of time with. With 20$ you can buy 80 tokens and it's more then enough for 2 people to play with try it out for yourself and enjoy bringing out the kid in you !

Great experience, wonderful array of pinball machines…read more Correctly priced. Very popular.

I'm pretty stoked to be the first person to review this sketchy ass place…read more Thats why it only gets 3 stars....because it is in the truest sense of the phrase - a sketchy ass place. Please dont get me wrong here, i really actually love this bar. Its always frighteningly dark, located in the bottom of a decrepit shopping centre and the interior gives off a total Bangkok-brothel kind of vibe. It feels like being on the inside of a dirty cage. Its kind of like ....you get the feeling some really shady cock fight is going on in the back, but you dont know for sure because you dont know the right people to get access to the good shit....and you wanna ask, but know you aint cool enough to know...and ruffling the wrong feathers (pun majorly intended) will probably get your ass banned for life... Yeah...its that kinda place. You probably wont get your drink for like 10 minutes, if the bartender even bothers to acknowledge your presence at all. I dont even think there was a door on the bathroom stall last time i was there but that whole concept is pretty over-rated anyway. But these reasons and countless others are why i fucking love this place. Most people would probably run away as fast as they could at the first sight of this nightmare, but I am not most people. I am a simple drunk who enjoys being left alone to drink my Molson Ex and play the video Playboy picture jumble game in peace. (I hope i still can claim partial ownership of the high score....) If you are a smiliar kind of shameless drunk, this just might become your new spot on the reg!

Yelp Review 2026 #60:…read more My flight got changed and got messed up. My new flight left me with an overnight layover in Montréal. Since I've been to Montréal already, I just wanted to stay close to the airport instead of downtown. The negatives: it's not as nice as their pictures on their website. I was put on the first floor with a view of the parking lot. There's a manual door separating the lobby and the rooms - not great if you have luggage and 2 bags and not a free hand to open a door! The shuttle was 5-10 minutes late when I needed a ride to the airport early in the morning. They don't answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold or drop your call. The positives: The location is convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive to/ from the airport including traffic. They offer a free shuttle from/ to the airport 24/7 which is nice. I had a 30kg piece of luggage, a tote and a backpack - the shuttle drivers helped me with for both rides. Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet and I had a restful sleep. Water pressure in the shower was fine. Free bottled water. The room was spacious and clean. I had a package sent to the hotel and they held it for me free of charge - I've stayed at hotels in other parts of Canada and they charged me for holding a package! The guy that checked us in was friendly and nice (a little extra but you just have to laugh). I didn't get to explore the hotel since it literally was just a place to sleep at night and a shower before my flight. Wi-Fi was ok.

The front desk and bar staff went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Front desk people were friendly, helpful and didn't just say "OK. We got a room" , hand you a card and then send you on your way. There was actually some interaction. And I learned some new things about Canada. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who was working behind the bar, but her suggestions were spot on for both the food and drink. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, pillows were a little flat but not so much as to be useless, the shower amenities were very nice and a few steps above watered down slobber that seems to be the new hotel trend. Wi fi was good, tv selections were above average. The airport shuttle that runs 24/7 on the half hour was a plus for staying here. There's no complementary breakfast most likely because people are checking in and out all day and night. But they did have an extensive selection of items for purchase to-go.
