I pumped my gas, then headed over to get a car wash. The young guy explained the various full service options and helped me to select the best one. He even explained the point system to receive free washes with their loyalty program. In the past I've had anxiety about going through the car wash because my wiper blades almost got ripped off. The owner Steve walked up and said on the Lexus you just hold up the gear and it keeps the mist wiper sensor off. He was very confident and convincing. Now I was comfortable proceeding through. I could tell this was some high-tech cleaning machines like no other I had been to. Once the wash was over I proceeded to the full service drying station. The guys vacuumed and cleaned my car like a professional detailing company! I was beyond pleased. I've never received this service at any other car wash! They even asked me to look it over and if anything needed more attention. Wow! All that for only $26! I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Which had tvs and lounge chairs. Not your typical waiting area. I decided to go inside the market and check it out. This was not your average gas station. When I tell you this was the cleanest store I've ever seen. They sold everything from clothing to wine! I took advantage and did a little shopping while there and purchased some soft served ice yogurt with toppings. Y'all it was too good and inexpensive. I googled the real LKQ number online and called them and was also told that the order number that was on the receipt wasn't accurate as well. I immediately reached out to Zachary for clarification and I received no response. The following day, I made additional attempts to contact him by phone and text. Again, no response. As of today, June 23, 2026. I have received no parts nor a refund. Because of this, I had no choice but to file charges/police report and file a dispute with my bank in an attempt to recover my funds. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with caution and make sure everything is documented and VERIFIABLE before sending any payments. Absolutely incredible roadside service!…read more We had a catastrophic tire failure on the highway near Statesville and called TTC for help. They showed up with a spare wheel and tire, but when it turned out it wouldn't work with our truck, they didn't just leave us stranded or tell us to figure it out. They drove us to Walmart, waited while we purchased and had a new tire mounted, brought us back to the truck, and installed it roadside. From stranded on the interstate to back on the road 1.5hr--and the total charge was only $100 (we gave them $200). That level of service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond is extremely rare these days. They could have easily charged considerably more given everything they did. Amazing service, amazing price, and genuinely good people. 10/10. If you're ever stranded around Statesville, NC, TTC is who you want to call. Highly recommend!
