The chairs at the dining tables are upholstered and u-shaped; no sticking to hard seats here! We took forever to order and our server Reham was patient and helpful. We finished off with baklava, kunafa and lotus cups. It's worth noting that people are actively smoking hookah while you eat and the smoke will be all around you, this is why I only gave 4 stars. I'll visit again!

I stated I know what Shisha looks like (a tobacco leaf) and not a baby roach ! she takes me to the back and tries to show me how clean they are yet I discovered there were a bunch of DISPOSABLE HOOKAH HOSES HANGING ON THE WALL! I told her they are labeled disposable for a reason she tried to tell me u can re-use disposable hoses which you cannot and refused to take this hookah off my bill! I have contacted the department of health, and the police! DO NOT PATRON HERE !!!

There are so many better options for nightlife in Miami, I would recommend skipping this place…read more After family night a large group of us decided to check out miami lounge. They advertise free entry, free sections, all of which are not valid. Upon arriving we were charged a 20 cover. The overall price of the cover was reasonable in my opinion. The issue was that they had a flier advertising free entry and they did not honor it. The woman at the door explained that it was only free until 11 however the flier did not have any time limit. Once we entered the club was dead. The music was decent but was overshadowed by a blown speaker. I felt like I was in a Honda civic with an after market cd and sub install (iykyk). Because we were a large group we did get a section. The waitress was nice and attentive but was not overly informative. The club has a hard close of 2:30 even though their hours say they close at 3. At 2:30 the lights came on and they immediately started screaming for everyone to get out. The issue with this is the waitress continued letting us order food and water (bottled) up until "close". The food was brought out 10 minutes before they "closed" but that was not communicated. So at 2:30 when they are screaming for us to get out we still needed to get boxes as the food had JUST come. Also you can not leave with any open liquid. Alcohol is self explanatory but this also includes water. So the 5 dollar bottles of Fiji water she brought (they only serve bottles) at 2:28 had to be thrown out bc we opened them. The wings were crispy but way over salted. They are a good drunk food though because of the saltiness.

The space opens up to a large shared area with couches everywhere surrounding and pointing to a big screen, perfect for a more public experience, but they also have rooms. We were in one of them for my friend's birthday celebration, and the hostess pointed me to the room no problem. The rooms themselves are spacious with a screen where you can pull up YouTube karaoke. Two mics and a Bluetooth keyboard that was pretty easy to handle. Loved that there were no technical issues, so the equipment proved reliable. But even if we had run into something, service was so attentive that I know it would have been fixed promptly. Speaking of service, I can't remember a time I received my food and drink orders so quickly. That was super impressive and made the experience all the better. They have a fun drink menu and decent pricing, so I definitely recommend. One thing I will say is that the payment terminal doesn't make it clear that 18% gratuity is already included and the itemized receipt doesn't automatically pop up, so it's very easy to mistakenly tip 20% on top of that. It would be nice if the server was more upfront about that in general, but she was also great, so it's not the end of the world. All in all, I truly enjoyed my time there.
