I'm floored. When…read morethe Navy recently moved me from San Diego, the movers completely demolished my teak chest of drawers and a lamp that my grandfather had made by hand (among many other less egregious damages). I thought the former was utterly irreparable: the base had been torn off, the drawers' slides had lost their ball bearings, and the whole thing looked ready for the dump. Enter Pat. He's friendly, professional, and extremely good at what he does. Moreover, he went absolutely above and beyond in making sure that I was happy with his work. He not only fixed my grandfather's lamp, but also sanded the base and restored it to better than its original, pre-move condition. As for the chest of drawers, the man works miracles; he put Humpty-Dumpty back together again. A few days after he delivered it, unfortunately, I discovered that two of the drawers were slightly out of whack. When I told him about the issues, he came over the very next day and spent nearly three hours making sure that every slide of every drawer worked perfectly. I would cheerfully award Pat more than 5 stars, and really cannot recommend him enough.

Tori was extremely helpful and patient with all of my newbie questions. She took the time to educate me and provided guidance based on her personal experience. I felt comfortable and confident in making my purchase decision at Carpenter's because they really do treat you like family. After Tori helped me decide which RV best met all my needs, then David took over to explain financing and payment options. He was fair during negotiations and explained everything clearly. An independent local transport Professional- Chris C. (850) 206-6204 delivered my new RV, helped me with leveling/ setup, and even recommended equipment for hookup, hoses, wheel chocks, etc.. Chris went out of his way to make sure I was 100% ready to go before he left. If you are in the market for a new RV/ Camper, I highly recommend Carpenter's and contacting Chris C. after your purchase. 12/10 would recommend and send my family and friends to do business here! A huge thank you for all of your help, support, and guidance!!!

AVOID. SCAMMERS. DAMAGED MY VEHICLE…read more Tech caused damage to my vehicle that forced me to sell it. Never had issues prior to having added work done at Carperter's Campers. Work was extremely overpriced and unprofessional with tape that was drooping on my heat shielding on my exhaust pipe at pick up and hanging wires I had to secure myself. Within a couple of days of picking it up, I had various electrical lights flashing I had never seen before. I called Carpenter's who offered to install MORE issues for more money. I brought it to the dealership who offered extremely pricey diagnostics and repairs worth more than what the vehicle was worth that would have just "undone Carpenter's damage". Contacted Carpenter's Campers management on this issue, they stone walled me and would not compromise for their damages without proof from dealership. All this with less than a week before my move across the country. I tried to contact a lawyer on short notice but ended up selling my previously perfectly drivable vehicle, with overpriced, DAMAGING work from Carpenter's Campers because I had to move, and I could not move this car safely cross country. Do not trust this dealership. They will damage your property with no shame.
