I received a text back requesting my vehicle type and issue. I responded via text with the information I had left on his voicemail. And, that was the last I heard from Jeff. I wish that if he was not interested in doing the job, he might have a bit of consideration for a potential customer. Instead, I foolishly waited patiently for a text or call that never came, wasting my time in searching for a service provider.

Nate was our technician, and though our equipment was fully functional, I like to have maintenance done to keep things running well. Pelican responded within 20 minutes of my request, scheduled for the next day, and 100% provided a great once-over on my washer and dryer.
