This is the best I've felt in over 23 years. Air Force doctors weren't able to offer any relief (other than pain meds), or a pathway to restore my health/flexibility to anything close to what I was capable of doing beforehand. I got a referral from the VA Hospital for a Chriopractor, and it has been such a tremendous relief for me! After my 1st visit I left their office walking upright with a lot less pain for the 1st time in 23 years! I get emotional just thinking about how much better my life could've been if I had this care & treatment years ago. They have been such a blessing to me - words cannot express how much I appreciate their care and attention to detail to aid in my recovery. Sadly this is how most health care is run today. Perhaps the insurance wont pay for the MRI until all the Chiropractic and PT is done but its a terrible process. The staff there is very caring and maybe Im being unfair but it seems like an xray or some diagnostic imaging should have been done of the shoulder to determine the root cause of the pain since I was basically being treated for frozen shoulder when Im bone on bone with a rotator cuff tear.
