My job wasn't a usual job for his company, a sprinkler system replacement and clean up with several loads of topsoil. He also rebuilt and added on to the rock wall that was needing repair. He said his guys could start the next day on Monday and be done by Wednesday, they had a large job they were starting. Needless to say I was thrilled! I just bought this house and I wanted it ready for my mom to move into. Alex did a FANTASTIC job and finished the job on time. Also I should mention it was not easy to access, very steep driveway that his guys had to navigate bringing in new soil. If you're lucky enough to get on Alex's calendar you won't be disappointed, but you will be one lucky customer! Thank you Alex!! Brodie Coleman

He made suggestions but also really listened and addressed any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Midway through the drainage system installation, he pointed out a place where I had some dry rot that should be repaired before they finished the work. Alex was flexible and waited to hear back from me that my repairs were done before coming back to complete his work. I'm so grateful for that, and also that we caught the issue before more damage had been done! The retaining wall and grading look great as do the rock work, drainage system and new concrete steps. All was completed in just 1-1/2 days, and for a very fair price. As an added bonus, the driveway and parking pad benefitted from extra gravel, including Alex and his team moving a heavy trailer to freshen up the area underneath with new stone. Everything looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Paradise View to anyone!

We had a tiny level area with a narrow, dated walkway of aggregate concrete. The vegetation was mostly dead ground cover on a steep slope...not useful in any way. The process was great, since I had a limited budget, I was very keen to get the biggest bang while managing my funds, Adam was very helpful with this in explaining the impacts of different choices and trade-offs. I purchased a stand alone water feature to save money and it was worked into the plantings with a lovely result. We had stone retaining walls installed, including a large stone bench, and a paver patio in decomp granite. Now, the entry looks inviting, lush and we have plenty of room to enjoy the shade of the oaks and arriving guests. Tom's crew was efficient and friendly, cleaning up the walkways and street of all remaining debris. Re: Deck Installation. Lower Siding Repair and Replacement…read more Hire this company. Seriously. Hire them. I'm writing this review on behalf of my family. We hired P&W to remove a large deck and replace it with a new one. They did an absolutely amazing job. Price - the quote they give us was absolutely in-line with the final price. When our job changed in the middle (we suddenly chose to add something new -- it was not from their recommendation and/or pressure, at all. It was truly our decided extra at the last minute because they were already doing such a great job on the deck), not only were they flexible with the job addition, but they yet again gave a price estimation and stayed within that estimate. No hidden fees. No "gotchas." Just honest pricing and communication if something unexpected occurs. Work - their entire crew used solid materials, worked in a timely manner, delivered a wonderful end-product, and exceeded our expectations in every manner. High-quality craftsmanship, no question. Employees - everyone involved in the job was prompt, professional, friendly and communicative. Absolutely lovely people that you can trust with your home, pets, and family. Overall Customer Service - not only were the employees nice, but they would ask the perfect amount of questions (not too many and not too few), and they Listened--which isn't always the case. They truly wanted to deliver the product we were looking for. A++. 5 Stars. Absolutely Amazing. Highly Recommended.

After remodeling our mountain cabin about two years ago, we hired Weiss Landscaping to landscape…read morethe immediate surroundings. We had a few requirements: 1. We wanted a plan drawn up to represent our vision 2. Fire safety was an important factor 3. We preferred native plants 4. We wanted gravel walkways, a gravel buffer surrounding the house, and our circular driveway redone with crushed and compacted stone 5. Did we mention the water feature we also desired? It was a tall order. Although we did have a budget, we also had no illusions about what such a landscaping job would cost us. We might have solicited a more competitive bid, but I doubt the work would have met our high standards. We stand by the old adage: you get what you pay for. A few months after we walked the property with the in-house landscape designer and approved the layout and the plant selection, Chris and Dan led a crew of hardworking men to implement the ambitious plan. The team soon had trees and stumps and boulders removed, the driveway graded, the drainage system engineered, the new sprinkler system installed, the native plants carefully planted and protected, and, finally, with artistic flair, the water feature positioned next to a gently meandering gravel pathway. The landscape is slowly maturing and the few photos I have posted hopefully give you some idea of the excellent work done. The water feature looks so natural that you might imagine that a spring was its source and not an artificial pump. Adam, one of the owners of the company, even came out to personally explain to me how to nurture the plants. It was the only mistake they made as it is my wife who has the green thumb. Unfortunately, she was out of town at the time. However, by agreement both Adam and Chris returned in a year for a final recap with my wife present. The company had guaranteed the new plants and they cheerfully replaced the few that did not take root. I will also add that whenever we had questions about the landscaping, we received a knowledgeable reply in a timely manner. If you want your landscaping job done right, I highly recommend that you contact Weiss Landscaping first.
