Brenda was fantastic and exceeded all expectations! She loves her job, and her designs are absolutely stunning. While she'd shown us a mock-up of what our floral arrangements would be prior to the wedding (she's the only florist I've come across that does this--major brownie points!), I was still shocked when the day came around and we got to see her work shine. She is kind, responsive, accommodating, and such a joy to work with. I can't recommend her enough to arrange flowers for any event. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Brenda on our wedding day, and we absolutely loved the final product! From the moment you speak to Brenda, it's immediately comforting to hear how knowledgable and kind she is. One of the biggest challenges for my husband and I in particular was that we were planning our wedding from out of state, and without the luxury of seeing or meeting our vendors in person, Brenda really took the time to ensure we were confident with what we were selecting. She's so wonderful at listening to the ideas of what you want, and providing such wonderful suggestions... that for us, ended up being so beautiful on the day of the wedding. In the tornado of so many decisions when it comes to wedding planning, I have to say that my conversations with Brenda were some of my favorite because of how attentive and calm she is. Because of my limited knowledge with florals, all I could describe was color and vibe when I would speak to her... and she knows immediately how to steer you toward different ideas until you land on something you love. You can truly tell that she wants to make your vision come to life, and does not want you to settle for anything less than what you envision. I teared up when I walked into the venue and saw all of our florals in person for the first time because she absolutely nailed it. Whether you know exactly what you want, or need some guidance, I'm confident that anyone who works with Brenda will be happy with what she delivers. Thank you so much for everything! read more

Search no further--Brenda, with Unique Inspirations, is the florist you want for your wedding! From the moment we started working with her, it was clear that she is a true professional in every sense of the word. Her communication, attention to detail, and industry knowledge set her apart and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Our floral arrangements were far from ordinary. The theme of our wedding revolved around Japanese cherry blossoms, which aren't flowers you can simply buy. Brenda took my vision and, using her expertise, brought it to life in the most breathtaking way. What she created was well beyond our expectations. Our centerpieces transformed the venue into something magical--straight out of a fairytale. Every detail was meticulously crafted, and it showed in the stunning result. Not to mention our boutonnieres and bouquets, which were equally exquisite. Don't miss your chance to work with one of the best! If you're looking for a florist who is creative, passionate, and dedicated to making your wedding unforgettable, Brenda is the one. We couldn't be happier with her work! read more

I can't say enough good things about Brenda and her team!! She went above and beyond for our flowers and linens on our wedding day 9/25/21. Even during the covid flower shortage she made the impossible possible. On top of it all she had great ideas to use decorations/flowers at ceremony and then move them to the reception to save money. Her prices are much more reasonable then the 12 other florist I quoted and that didn't mean less at all. I highly recommend unique inspirations if your looking for a florist and/or linen rental in San Diego!! read more

Brenda made our vision come to life, and we received so many complements on our flower arrangements! Brenda and her team are so so SO amazing! We met her at the Bridal Bazaar at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in May of 2021. She is super sweet and kind and she knows her flowers! We worked together for a little over a year and she made my family and I feel so welcomed whenever we would come to her studio. On our wedding day, she arrived early and setup up our flowers so beautifully! She even waited for our ceremony to end for her to collect her fabric off of the arch we were using. Words can't express how amazing Brenda was to our special day! I love flowers and she went over and beyond our expectations! read more

I cannot think of anyone better than Brenda to have made our wedding vision come to life. She was such a pleasure to work with and from talking with her at our many consultations, you know she is passionate and finds the upmost joy doing what she does and it translates into the quality of her work. My husband and I had a larger wedding with 215 guests, 12 bridesmaids and groomsmen, and 10 godparents. They decorated our ballroom with the most beautiful and elegant displays of flowers that blew our guests away! My mom actually cried when she walked in the room, it was absolutely gorgeous. We had high and low displays of white roses and had the stage lined with real candles in tornado vases... Brenda also does mock up tables so you exactly what you are getting. She is great and you won't regret going with her when you see how beautiful everything is on your wedding day. Thank you again Brenda, we will point all our friends and family members getting married to you! read more

Brenda was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She is so detailed oriented and accommodating to what I wanted. She made my dream wedding and vision a reality. I was referred to her by an acquaintance, so I had a very good recommendation and I am so glad we were able to work with her. We hired Unique Inspirations for flowers, linen rentals and day-of coordination. The pricing is extremely reasonable for all the work that she puts in and all the details. Brenda took every detail of my vision and made it a reality, from the flowers on my beautiful bouquet and the tables, as well as the table linens and the arbor behind our sweetheart table. Throughout the planning process, a year before the wedding, she was so accessible via email or phone if I had any questions. The day of the wedding she was very detail-oriented working with the vendors. All of our guests were so impressed with the organization and order of the events. Thank you Brenda for making our wedding day an amazing and unforgettable day with so many beautiful details! You made our vision a reality! We will definitely recommend Unique Inspirations to anyone! I thought I had wrote a review once our wedding was over and I am so sad I didn't! Wow looking back to almost a year later I cannot express how Brenda made my vision for our wedding come true! It's amazing how someone can be so talented and as picky and OCD that I am, Brenda made it all possible! I wanted out of the ordinary center pieces and she made it all happen and come to life! I honestly am so thankful I met her at the bridal bazaar when I did. As soon as I seen her blush pink table cloths with the ivory rose runner, it just made me feel so comfortable and I knew right then and there at the San Diego bridal bazaar that she had what I wanted. Brenda had such great communication with me throughout the entire wedding process and I cannot thank her enough, our wedding would not have been the same without her. we love you Brenda!! If you're like me, you will be blown away at how expensive wedding flowers are! If you're looking for top quality arrangements at the most affordable price (of the numerous places we looking into), pick Brenda's Unique Inspirations as your florist. We found Brenda at a bridal show downtown. Brenda is very sweet, patient and flexible. She went above and beyond to make sure our floral arrangements met my wife's vision and fit in our budget. The centerpieces, ceremony flowers, and bouquets were all beautiful. We took a bunch of flowers home with us and my wife was very sad the day we had to get rid of them. Hands down the best. We had several vendors for our September wedding, Brenda was the easiest to work with. Since I met her, I was put at ease. I shared with her my thoughts and ideas and she read my vision 100% She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get the best of her work. On one of our final consultations, my nerves were creeping up. She shared with me advice to put my nerves at ease and I'm forever grateful for her kind words. The day of the wedding we fell behind schedule and were about 5 minutes late to church [My fault. Group pictures took longer than expected]. They made sure all my bridesmaids and groomsmen got their flowers right before walking down the aisle. The hall's arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and definitely brought the vibe to the place. Brenda and her husband are very understanding and the best to work with. Hands down the best. read more

My Wedding was August 23rd 2013 at Admiral Kidd. Brenda was initially very nice, and showed us some ideas, so we booked her. I liked the idea she was an all in one shop. We booked her for linen, florist, and wedding planner for just the day of the wedding. It was an all in one, so we went for it, and I was very disappointed. I had to always contact her to make contact. She was not flexible, and or did not take initiative to meet me prior to my wedding. I had to send her my flower ideas several times. I was frustrated prior to the wedding with her services, but thought maybe it was my nerves. It wasn't! She is not organized, and we had to take charge during the walk through of the rehearsal the day prior to my wedding. The linen bows on the chairs were all falling as they were not tied tight enough. Items I asked in a certain area were placed on the wrong tables. My family and I fixed during the wedding. The day coordination booking she provided candy jars, and we provided the candy. They were horribly placed along with the sign we gave her to put on the table. At the end of the night she approached me and said I booked a corsage for my grandmother, but she forgot to charge me. She said I owed her an additional $25.00. She had approached my mother prior to the wedding, but my mom was confused because she knew I had paid my bill prior to the wedding. It was my wedding day. I didn't want to argue. I gave it to her with a smile. I paid $5,000 for everything as a bundle. She approached me at my wedding for $25.00. "Really" Her flowers were very nice, but overall her company was horrible. I would never recommend her to anyone. read more

Brenda provided gorgeous white & blush colored floral arrangements that were absolutely perfect for our romantic vineyard wedding. Many guests commented on how classy our table arraignments looked, and our bouquets were exceptionally stunning. The pearl pins and bit of bling Brenda added to my bridal bouquet really stood out. I worked with Brenda as my florist and day of coordinator, and it was the best deciscion that I've ever made during this whole wedding process! This is your one stop shop for flower arrangements, linens, and day of coordinating. Flowers: Unique Inspirations had the significantly less expensive flowers, but were of the same quality (if not better) than the other florists. I was SOLD. I met with her twice to discuss flower arrangement and showed her pictures of what I wanted. She was able to execute the floral arrangements EXACTLY as I wanted. I was very impressed with her work and attention to detail. Day of Coordination I decided to hire Brenda for day of coordation. I loved planning my wedding, and every detail of it. However, there was no way that I could execute and confirm everything arrived, while getting ready for the wedding. Brenda is more than a day of coordinator, since I worked with her for several weeks up to the event. Two weeks before the wedding, she reached out to the vendors with a detailed iternary of timeline, wedding location, room layout, and map of the venue. Three days before the wedding I dropped off the wedding favors, card box, champagne glasses etc...On the day of the wedding, I dropped in before the ceremony and the venue was PICTURE PERFECT. The timline went FLAWLESSLY, and her team broke down the venue in less than an hour. I can't express in words how much I enjoyed working with her, and the quality of her work! read more

Brenda at Unique Inspirations was so much fun to work with! They provided linens, chair covers, and large black candelabras with beautiful hanging crystals for some of our tables. The quality of her linens was incredibly high end, and the room looked beautiful. She even found a perfect black lace overlay from one picture I showed her online for our sweetheart table. Brenda was great to work with and had awesome ideas. And she's a total girl's girl who understands exactly what brides are looking for since starting the business with her husband after her own wedding! I would highly recommend working with Brenda, one because she's so much fun, and two, because the quality of her work is high, but the costs are reasonable! Thanks so much Unique Inspirations! - Rich & Katie O. read more

They always say something goes wrong on the day of your wedding, but i can truly say my wedding day was perfect because of Brenda. I met Brenda at the Bridal Bazaar that's held at the San Diego Convention Center twice a year. Brenda and her husband just blew our expectations out of the water! i had her do my floral arrangements and day of coordinating. she answered every email with any question i had asked in timely manner. never hesitated to ask me any questions where there needed to be clarifications. Her pricing is fair and worth every penny and more. she helped with timelines, contacting vendors, coordinating the ins and outs of set up and breakdowns, dictating day of decor, and keeping the show on the road day of to keep things on schedule. Since i had put the whole wedding together myself, she basically filled the cracks. i had some hesitations with the day of set up because as far as small detailing and decor, but i had written everything down, drew pictures and printed pictures showing what i had in mind and she NAILED it. She stays with you all day and makes sure you're having the time of your life. As for my flowers, I got so many compliments on the GORGEOUS centerpieces and my bouquet. I cannot say enough good things about Unique Inspirations, and i will recommend them to anybody getting married; hands down THEE BEST. read more

I am very surprised to see the review below about the Admiral Kidd wedding, since Brenda and her team were working on this wedding at the same time as mine, and nothing went wrong with our wedding, which was on August 30th, just one week after. I chose to work with Brenda because her prices and quality are the best around town! She is a very sweet person, extremely helpful and flexible. I mean yes she did not contact me every week, but I only contracted her for "Day Of" coordination, flowers and linens, so I did not expect her to. We met 5 times before the wedding day, she did 2, not one but two, mock up tables because I was still very indecisive in what color linens to use with my flowers. She gave me ideas, and honestly, my bouquet and center pieces were to die for!!! I used purple/blue hydrangeas and they looked stunning with manzanita branches. The "Day Of' the wedding she delivered the bouquets to the hotel and was at the venue since from 1pm fixing everything. She was so so so helpful that day, kept me informed of everything, including the 20 mins delayed my husband had!!!! She made me feel like it was MY day and she was there for ME! I am sorry the other lady did not have such a great experience, but I will recommend Unique Inspirations with my eyes closed. The entire process truly was a breeze. Her prices were unbelievable in comparison with other 3 places I went to! you can't beat that. Many people do not really care much about center pieces and my guests wanted to know if they could take them home because they were so gorgeous!!! She came to the walk through and remembered how I wanted everything placed! The only thing is I would've liked my timeline done a bit sooner, but a very tiny bity detail. She also took the time to put all of our gifts in my husband's car, per my request, at the end of the cocktail hour. By the end of the night, her husband made sure everything was picked up and clean. In all they are a wonderful team and I will hire them again!!! read more

I am way overdue for my review.. I have nothing but positive things to say about Brenda and her team at Unique Inspirations! Our wedding was June 20, 2015 and we couldn't have chosen a better person to team up with and have our wedding become a reality as far as flowers, linens, and day of coordination. Since the day I met Brenda at the bridal bazaar something inside me told me she would be the best to work with! Not only was she a professional at what she did she is also a very sweet, kind and intelligent woman, mother and friend. I loved sitting with her at our meeting and talk about of course my wedding but her hobbies, her love story and my future. I saw myself in her somehow. I cannot stop saying enough things about her. She was always punctual, always very organized and very enthusiastic towards our decisions, planning and future as a married couple. Since day one Brenda knew the vision I was going for; a romantically vintage elegant style wedding and she delivered just that. Her husband delivered my bouquet the morning of and made sure we didn't need anything else. I took tons of props, more than I should have and not once did she complain about all the work she would have to do to put them in their right places. She even helped me with seating arrangements at last minute. I remember sitting with her trying to figure out my last minute details! I trusted her very much. Day of coordination was amazing and I worried about nothing! Isn't that the best?! She made sure everything was taken care of and everyone ran on time. My flowers were breathless and everyone loved them! We had tall, medium and short floral arrangements.Plenty to take home! Her prices are one of the very best! Brenda and her husband as amazing, he even teared up at our wedding! That's when I knew they were a right pick. If you pick her you will not regret it. She's the best in town! read more
