The person that came to look at our floor came with his mind made up to not honor the warranty and imply that too much water was used to clean the floor. This floor is recommended for kitchens and bathrooms and has a lifetime warranty against water and locking. Nothing was used to clean this floor other than a "damp", not wet microfiber pad.
