This place has been in operation since 1938, the barber is a pleasant and interesting man, and he does a great plain old haircut for $15. The place is a bit difficult to find. It's in Holly Hill Mall near the corner of Athens St. and McNeal Road. If you turn into the mall from Athens St., go around the right side of the El Patio Mexican Restaurant, then turn left and you'll see a low building that runs along McNeal Road. You'll see a sign for the Oriental Market and the Food Pantry, and in between the two, you'll find a window sign for Camp Mayfield Barber. It's well worth driving over from Jefferson.
