I said yes, and she said my barber was out sick and no one could see me until 2:30pm. I asked if someone could fit me in sooner and she said no. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Or call me back to speak with me to let me know my appointment is canceled. The fact that she only called me once, didn't speak with me, and didn't follow up with a text ended up wasting an hour of time driving both ways. We have new ways to communicate - it's 2024, not 1992. I completely understand that people are out sick and miss work.
