Gave him a rough idea of what I wanted but he seemed to be on point. Didn't actually see my hair until about halfway through-but it looked way better than I expected and immediately put me at ease. These guys really setup a relax attitude in their shop, so it was easy to just let the barbers do what they need. After all was said and done I was happy to tip Chris almost 100%. Instead, she completely ignored the reference photo and kept asking questions while she was already cutting my hair. Before I even realized what was happening, my sideburns were shaved completely off and the haircut ended up patchy, uneven, and nothing close to what I asked for. I trusted a professional with hair I've spent over a year growing out, only to walk out looking worse than if I had cut it myself in the mirror at home. There was no attention to detail, no effort to match the style I requested, and no communication before making major changes. This was supposed to be a simple haircut for the Fourth of July, and instead I'm stuck trying to figure out how to fix a haircut that shouldn't have happened in the first place. There are random patches of longer hair in different areas on each side of my head. Not even sure how someone would try to style it.
