Success Cleaning uses the proper products and bring their own vacuums/supplies. That might sound simple and expected, but it's often not the case with other companies. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. The owner actually replied to our inquiry and was very quick to respond with a reasonable price and availability that worked (literally next day) for us. She asked what areas were to be concentrated on and showed up on time. She sent a text prior to arrival to confirm traffic and so long as you update me, I'm flexible but it's nice to get a heads-up. We did several bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room and den floors and some countertop areas. Bedrooms aren't hard for me to do though she does offer changing linens as well, so I had her concentrate on the things I struggle with--namely floors, toilets, tub/shower, and countertops. I did a walk-through and there was a small area on the kitchen counters that was missed but likely due to a lot of appliances on the counters, so I cleared what I could and she volunteered to go back over them (our counters have this crummy porous texture being granite and hold a lot of unknown stuff being multicolored). I went back and they were shining and absolutely smooth to a bare finger touch. Great job on our wooden floors which I know are a beast to clean but she uses Bona which is what we prefer as well. Attaching some pics, our house has pets and is older from the 70's but smelled clean and fresh afterwards and the cleaning is a huge help to prepare for guests and maintain going forward. Though ours was mostly a one-time thing, I would definitely use this same service again for cleaning esp if I have company coming. Photos show the type of counters we have and how clean the floor was after in the breakfast room (despite the kitties LOL). She was mindful of my pets not getting out and is fine with working around them which was a nice plus. Since her mother passed, I took this as a great opportunity to treat her. Everyone that has worked at D&B was very kind & responsive. They seemed to know their stuff and I didn't have many concerns going into it. However, after telling them the space is maybe not even 1200 SF and not all rooms need to be completed and cabinets do not need to be cleaned - it didn't matter. They still brought 5 people to my mothers home. Who were all making 35 an HOUR. With 5 people, I figured 2 hours of working would suffice. I then received a call at 10:30 (start time was 8am) asking for another hour of time. So my nice gift to my mother has turned into a $700+ investment. To say I regret this is putting it lightly. The representative on the phone made it seem like $300 was the "estimate", but instead, is was the "initial" deep cleaning investment - but ONLY if you sign up for recurring cleanings. If you are okay to spend $1000+ on your house being cleaned, go for it. But unfortunately, I wont be able to recommend D&B to any of my friends or family who are actually on a budget.
