Absolutely top notch service, beginning to end. I originally was dealing with Amy through a recommendation but was then transferred to Konstantin for finalizing my move. Not only was he very responsive but made the decision that 4 movers was too many and 3 would be just as efficient a a cheaper rate per hour ( savings of close to $200). Konstantin was able to accommodate a change in date and a change in time due to street parking restrictions. Even followed up with a phone call to clarify his email....very responsive! On move out/in date, Igor and team showed up early and ready to go. They packed all of our furniture superbly, took apart our many pieces of furniture and also dealt professionally with our super and crazy neighbors. The team was personable and very considerate of our apartment and possessions so that nothing was damaged. They even recommended cheaper alternatives to packing which is not common for a company who would try to look for ways to make a buck. When you pay by the hour, the concern is workers milking the hours so that they get paid more....NOT THE CASE HERE. Igor and team worked quickly through the 90+ boxes in our apartment and 15 pieces of furniture. When they arrived at our new house, they worked very hard in getting all the boxes in the right rooms and took great care in moving the furniture up a flight of stairs. No dents, dings, cracks, etc in the furniture or our walls. Even with traffic they still finished on time. A big thank you to Igor and team for a great experience and a low stress day from your team. My overall experience with Easy Moving was good. They gave me a call offering their services and I decided to give them a try because their price seemed plausible. I was moving locally around Brooklyn, they arrived promptly at the time we agreed upon. I was very anxious about finishing on time because I had some business to attend to. Once the foreman saw my apartment, he told me that it will take much longer than I anticipated. He offered me to bring another man and promised they would finish faster by at least 2 hours. I agreed to the proposition but was very doubtful because it all seemed like deliberate scam to coerce more money out of me. Once they started working, I and my girlfriend were watching their every move. The windows of our apartment were on the same side where the truck was parked, so we also kept an eye on them downstairs. We noticed that they worked hard without taking any breaks, and even asked us permission to smoke a cigarette. They only stopped for a lunch break because I genuinely felt bad for them and ordered them some pizza. These guys seem kind of young but they do know what they are doing, and the foreman wasn't lying either. They finished 3 hours earlier than they were supposed to and I took care of them very graciously. These guys moved me fast and didn't break any of my belongings. I waited several months to leave this reviews because I wanted to verify that all my belonging are present after I unpack all of the boxes. I have not found a single item missing. read more

Quick and efficient; very nice and personable, very professional. They wrapped what needed wrapping; they packed with ease. We moved from one location to another local location in Long Beach; and have WAY more stuff than we thought ( i think that is the typical story?!). Our move was from a whole house - to a large second story apartment in a home. These guys came in like a wonderfully organized windstorm and completed our job in about 5 hours. Where do I begin. I was a little leery after reading one review,but after questioning the owner Konstantine who was honest and forthright, I felt good.They have changed our perception of movers. First the first Real Estate I hired stunk , moving date moved all over the charts. I had a huge move that involved a lot of expensive one of a kind pieces and was very nervous about entrusting my items to a moving company, however Konstantin assured me that he would handle the items as if they were his own. I have to say that his team did a fantastic job wrapping and moving my pieces. Their white glove service gave me the peace of mind I needed to make sure my pieces would be delivered in perfect condition. They were very professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. Hands down, I would recommend EMS to anyone looking for a moving company. I dealt with Konstantin, and he and his employees were extremely professional and meticulous! After purchasing my new home, I was extremely apprehensive about moving all my furniture - in fear of it being damaged in transit (like it has been in the past!) I submitted a request for a quotes to move my daughters 1 room contents to a new apartment in Astoria on 10/29. Received calls from at least 10 different movers with Minimum flat rate quotes. Then received a call from Konstantin at Easy Movers , which was less than all others . Requested a move date of Tuesday 10/30/12 . Obviously Hurricane Sandy created a delay , But Konstantin assured me they could get her moved by Wednesday 10/31. He fulfilled the commitment and the service provided was excellent . I was leery of dealing with a mover over the phone that I had no prior knowledge of, but was relieved to have found Konstantin and Easy Movers . I have absolutely no complains with Easy Moving & Storage Inc, I used them once before and had no issues with their service, so I called them up to be moved again! Moving for me is a challenge because I am always super busy! However, Igor made it simple, arranged everything. I didn't have to worry about who, what, where, when, why and how! They lived up to their name, it was an easy move. They were on time, they unpacked my furniture and placed it neatly, nothing was damaged in the process. Within an hour, everything was done! Recently moved from Manhattan to Seattle and the entire procedure exceeded our expectations. Konstantin obviously takes pride in what he does and does it well. I'm sure he has a busy schedule but would continually provide updates along the route as our belongings were being moved nearly 3000 miles. He and his crew's attention to detail and gentle handling of our things was apparent on arrival as all of our boxes looked as if we had just packed them. Wonderful company. Konstantin was easy to talk to. I had to cancel last minute ( more like the night before my move) and he rescheduled for me on a Sunday without any issues. The guys worked tirelessly and never complained. They were very pleasant to deal with and they were so respectful. We had a great experience with easy moving. Konstantin was personable, efficient, patient and beat all other moving company prices. His team was amazing. We couldn't believe how great they were. They said, ," The reason why we moved so fast is because you we're ready for us. All we had to do was just move you." I was very happy with Easy Moving. The guys are young and they work very hard and are very fast and careful. Nothing was broken and the time and cost estimate was accurate. Easy Moving rescheduled my move due to Hurricane Sandy ( we were to move the day the hurricane arrived) but they scheduled 2 days later and with difficulty ( roads were closed and traffic lights were not working and gas was limited) they came as they promised and completed the job to my satisfaction. This was probably the easiest moving experience ever. Max and his team arrived at my apartment early. They were polite and professional. They had everything necessary with them (blankets, bubble wrap, etc.). They packaged everything up and got it out super fast. Everything arrived at the right destination in perfect condition. I moved within NYC (8/1/15) and it was a piece of cake. They arrived right around the pre-agreed time, were friendly, efficient and careful with my stuff, asked for my authorization before dismantling my couch and bed-frame; reassembled them. The move finished slightly over the estimated time - Park Ave was closed, so no complains there. Either way, keep in mind this is NYC, delays happen. These guys did a great job from start to finish.
