Walked in not sure what to expect and even from the phone Alicia was very kind and reassuring!

They are extremely rude and will leave you on hold for a very long time. The person taking blood is extremely rude. I was waiting for her to take blood, the OB told me to take a seat and she came back and the OB asked if she could take my blood. She replied "she's sitting in my chair I don't have a choice. I will not be going back. Ultrasound tech is great though. She is wonderful. read more

receptionist Claudia has hung up on me numerous times and puts me on hold for over 20 minutes and hangs up on me again. Doctor refusing to give test results over the phone however they've given me negative results over the phone in the past. And this time they're saying they can't and when asked if they can put it in writing that it is mandatory that they cannot give us the results on the phone this time (even though they've done it in the past) they asked why? and said we'd have to wait until NEXT Monday for a specific person to do it then hung up and put me on hold when i tried to call back again since i was still talking. Last Friday when i called i was on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes until they closed their office. Very Rude and unprofessiona. read more

I called with respect. Said hello good afternoon/good evening. The Person who answered said her Name which could be a lie is "Alicia". From the start she had a very (horrible attitude). I asked if I could make this location my new location & she asked what insurance I had when I told her Medicaid she told me right away they didn't accept that and hug up. Now I completely understand you don't want to waste your time talking to a person who you don't serve but it's like why be rude to someone who wasn't rude to you and showed nothing but respect. I called again to ask if it's a location that I could be recommended to but she quickly rushed me to tell me "they" don't know any and hung up again. I'm concerned now because how are you speaking for other employees. I just wanted to talk to someone else. At this point what did I do or say wrong because my feelings are truly hurt that I'm getting treated so rude for just trying to find information on a location or at least good customer service. I proceeded to call hoping someone else more respectful would pick up but no just the same extremely rude lady "Alicia" which was that name that was provided by her. I really don't understand why work in a place you're unhappy at or if it's not the place ask your boss to have you do something else if you don't like answering the phones with customer service skills and respect. It sucks how rude people can be in jobs that require you to have people skills. Short Answers and Hanging up on me just made me feel like I wasn't important or worthless to the establishment due to my insurance class. It's already enough going on in the world why treat others so nasty when they're treating you with respect. I wish her nothing but the same "love & kindness" she showed me. Good luck to the staff and fellow patients seen by her maybe it just wasn't a good day and by the time I got to her it was to late and her mood was drained by answering phones and talking to patients all day. I have been a patient of Dr. Boffard's for over 20 years and will not go anywhere else. He is a very kind and caring doctor. He spends as much time with me as I need and never rushes anyone out if they have concerns or questions. The nurses are just as kind and caring and I am so happy to have found them. We have been through a lot together and can't imagine not having Dr. Boffard there with me. He is a very high demand doctor so the wait time can be lengthy at times. But we'll worth it. read more

After calling the beginning of the week and expressing that I needed an appointment asap the girl on the phone got me in for a 12pm. I went on my lunch break already letting my manager know I would be more than an hour... I arrived to a packed office at 11:45. Sign in and was not called on until 12:30, almost an hour just to be called to the window and then they ask "What are you here for, we don't have you scheduled?" i filled out the paper work as I was told they could put me in and there was just one person in front of me. By the time I finally got into a room it was after 1. the nurse was awesome and had a great demeanor. i waited another 30 minutes before I finally got dressed and walked out, waiting a total 2 hours just to get aggravated is not worth it...i told the front desk I was leaving and they quickly ran to get the Dr. whom came to me and said he would see me now...no thank you, and I will NOT be back. This office needs to revisit it's scheduling and teach the front desk staff a bit more customer service skills, additionally, they all, with the exception of the nurse, looked disheveled and exhausted. read more

This place is terrible service ever and unprofessional !!! I have been here couple times but the Doctor never on time with her appointment. I have appointment at 10:30 and they let me wasted my time exactly 2h30 whenever I ask where is she and the lady in the front desk told me that she was running late and a lot of people complaining about that too not only us . Dirty. Dingy. Negligent doctors and rude staff. Please do yourself and your future children a favor and go elsewhere

Place old and dirty. Staff is rude. Received bill from them, which on EOB clearly said to resubmit claim with the correct procedure information. I called the office billing department . The person I talked to was talking about her "experience", but not how to resolve the issue. In the end of my conversation she hung up the phone. Will not go back there again. Sorry for the doctor. Do not go to this place, be prepared to wait from 3 to 4 hours literally even if you have an appointment, the stuff was very incompetent, they couldn't coordinate their service with my insurance and the girl at the desk ask me to do it myself, after I finally was seen, I requested specifically for the same Doctor, in my second appointment the run the same tests again for my pregnancy, and they schedule some other Doctor who brought her child to the clinic, she was more worried about her son running back and forward than her patients, I love children but I found that weird in a clinic, when I complained about the hours of waiting this Doctor was nasty and talked to me like is my fault that she had to bring her child to work for the nurses to babysit! , they didn't acknowledge their mistakes forget about an apology, they were rude and very unprofessional, take my advice and stay away from this people, their lack of professionalism is impressive. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Union Ob/gyn and Fertility Group. The nurses were pleasant and the doctor was exceptional.
