This was my second home purchase and the experience with Mike Cash at A-1 Mortgage was hands down amazing vs my first home buying experience. Believe me, choosing the wrong loan officer can make the experience a nightmare! Having Mike guide me was the best decision I could have made! Mike is a pro! He is thorough, quick, responsive, efficient and passionate about what he does. Everyone at A-1 Mortgage was polite and professional every time! You can't go wrong with A-1 Mortgage!

He assisted me / walked me through all of the necessary steps to re-finance my property in Virginia. Though he is located in Missouri, he is licensed to do business in many states. Transitioning from an FHA to a Conventional loan took a lot of work and without his help, I may have given up. He followed through with everything he said he would and always returned my calls and texts quickly. He managed to smooth out any hiccups along the way (as are to be expected in many re-fi's and mine was an especially complicated one). Honestly, if I could rate higher than 5 stars for both Dalton as well as A1 Mortgage Group, I would! If you are looking to refinance your property, Dalton is your guy! CALL him and you will get straight answers. He is down-to-earth, genuine, friendly, extremely knowledgeable as well as patient throughout the entire process beginning to CTC. Call Dalton and let him know you saw this review on Yelp! 816-875-3476 and ask for him. Sept2021

We love the house and wanted to keep the payment close to what our Florida house was, so Hannah ran multiple scenarios to help us see all our options. Our interaction with Stephanie was minimal, but she was always clear about what she needed from us to keep the application moving forward. Our last two moves were work relocations, so we were locked into using a "big box" lender to get the benefit of no closing costs. This was by far a better experience! The communication was more personal, the process felt smoother, and we always knew where we stood.
