Brian was fantastic to work with and was by far the best/most knowledgeable lender we spoke with…read more As first time home buyers my husband and I were nervous about the entire home buying process (especially applying for a loan). Brian really took his time explaining how the process worked and helped us understand what to expect from his end. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with our loan options and that we got the right loan for us. With his help we were able to purchase a wonderful new home where we plan to raise our two young children. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Shelbi and her team are great! I'm a Realtor and have had experiences with many different lenders…read moreover my 13 years selling houses. I first met Shelbi when she helped my super savvy friend/client get a mortgage, and she did such a great job that I started giving her name out to clients. Shelbi has been great about explaining things clearly to me and multiple clients of mine that she has helped. When I was ready to upgrade my personal home, interest rates were rapidly increasing, but Shelbi somehow managed to get us an incredible rate. The entire process was smooth and closing was a breeze, as have been the experiences of my clients who have worked with Shelbi. I highly recommend reaching out to Shelbi for anyone looking to buy or refi, especially in this crazy time.

Shelbi's customer service skills are severely lacking. If I could give her zero stars, I would. We…read moreworked with Shelbi back in July 2021 and eventually had to move to a different mortgage company. While the field appraisal that caused issues in our closing was out of Shelbi's control, how she handled the situation after, was. We, her customer, didn't even know a field appraisal had been done nor that it had caused an issue with our closing until right before 5:00 p.m. ON CLOSING DAY - even though she had known of the trouble a couple of hours prior.  While she did try and get a hold of our realtor OVER an hour after having the information and was unable to reach him - We should have been called next and were not. Actually, we should have been called as soon as she was aware that there was a problem - before trying to find a solution. After all, we were her clients, not our realtor. We defaulted on our contract because she waited until 5:00 p.m. to let us know. We may have defaulted anyway, but her lack of communication robbed us of the chance to work something out with the sellers prior to defaulting. We ended up losing the house and our earnest money! Her true character showed during the most stressful time. We had to scramble to find another home.  She did offer to file a formal complaint to try and get our appraisal fee back. But here we sit nearly 4 months later and have not heard a peep from her....despite sending a follow-up email to her on Nov 5th ( 11 days ago) asking what the results of the investigation was. It's easy to be perceived as great when all things are going well, but it's who you are and what you do when the situation goes awry that really matters. She lacks professionalism and I couldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

At the last minute (pre-COVID19) the lender adjusted the amount of the loan and wouldn't accept our updated appraisal. Rex went out of his way to fight for us. We weren't able to get as much money as originally expected but Rex did help us out with reducing his fee some. I give Rex first right of refusal on anything I know that would fit in his wheelhouse, which is pretty large. I suggest you connect with Rex and see if he can help you with your funding needs.

We decided to purchase our first home and were using USAA because we have so much equity with them,…read morebut USAA was making the experience challenging to the point we began looking elsewhere. We learned of Rose through a friend and were pleasantly surprised how motivated Rose was to help us and how deep her knowledge was with respect to home purchases. We quickly found Rose was the best option, had a honest and helpful personality, and was much more efficient than USAA. Through the process, Rose stayed in contact with us at each step, provided beneficial insights, and significantly reduced our interest rate and closing costs. I highly recommend Rose and will go with Rose when purchasing our next home.

Our realtor was none other than the man, the myth, the legend himself, Bryan Huff. Needless to say he and his team did not disappoint! All interactions with any of the staff were exceptionally pleasant as they were very communicative, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind! They were just on top of their game every time we needed something. I'm not sure about any of the other realtors under him but based off our experience, Bryan went above and beyond for us and he didn't have to. I won't say what he did exactly because I don't want to put that expectation out there. So, during negotiations we came to a standstill with the buyer. Bryan came up with a new proposal which "somehow" didn't cost us anything extra and because of this we eventually came to an agreement and closed. If there was one complaint it would be the photographer. We basically had everything staged accordingly but obviously we were still living there and utilizing our home daily. We had made everything that was used daily compact and mobile so we could leave at a moments notice for a showing. So photo day came and I let the photographer know if something looks unsightly let me know and I can move it temporarily for the photos. When it came time for us to review the photos, they were great. The issue was that there was a bunch of "unsightly objects" my wife and did not want shown ie: basket of dirty laundry, cords for our bedroom TVs and a couple items in our backyard. This wasn't a huge deal because when we let him know he was able to edit everything out within an hour or two for us to approve and finalize. Overall I recommend them!

Needles to say they will never get my business again nor will I say anything positive about that company.
