Martha was so friendly, cordial, interesting and anxious to learn more about us as strangers and consequently we were enamored over her background as well. Our conversation centered on our backgrounds and respective families and frankly became a highlight of our day and time in Mount Airy. She was such an interesting individual who obviously loves what she does professionally. Causing undo stress and anxiety and denying us the closure we needed after having been assured that it would be no problem getting it done by Christmas. At this point communication was lacking and no information was being provided as to when the marker would be placed. After my husband placed several phone calls, the marker was finally received and placed at the end of January after causing undo stress and frustration. I was extremely disappointed with the bad service and lack of communication on their part.
