I wrote a 2 page review over two years ago on their facebook page. Immediately after they disabled the review page and erased my review. A very long story, made very short. They brought my kubota L48 in two extra times, from mistakes they made from the original time I brought it in from a small hydraulic leak, a few grease fittings not working and repacking a cylinder on the backhoe attachment. They broke parts of the machine in the process and tried to hide the fact. Each time they delivered machine back to me it was up to 12 quarts low on hydraulic fluid and a host of other issues that they had to refabricate to fix without telling me things were broken. They serviced our lawn tractor and quoted us $750 for the overhaul, and apparently they found other problems and went ahead and did a lot more work. Unfortunately they never called to tell us about the issues - they just went ahead and fixed everything and then presented us with a bill for $1800. More than double the initial estimate, without giving us any kind of heads up. They should have called us. read more

I made an appointment for an onsite BX25 service with Dillon for mid-morning. On the appointed day (Oct 23rd) I waited all day but the service technician never showed up and there were no calls of explanation. At 4:00PM I called and spoke to Dillon. He said, "Oops". He said that he had started a service order but hadn't finished it. There was no service date or work details in his notes. I asked for a break in the service cost to make it right after totally destroying my day (couldn't even go for a walk). This ended up with a call back from Logan whom I assume is Dillon's supervisor and he wanted to make it right by not charging me mileage for the 26 miles to my house but no discount on the service cost. My service was going to cost $815 and mileage was going to be $135 for a total of $950. So I purchased the OEM filters and fluids for $247 and will now service it myself at my leisure for a savings of $703, not an insignificant amount. I suggest if you make an appointment for service with Dillon, that you call the day before to confirm that they are coming. Because what happened to me was relegated to an "Oops" moment and there was no earnest attempt to repair the damage, I would speculate that professionalism has slipped significantly at Union Farm Equipment since I purchased my tractor there in 2010. But that's just one man's opinion. read more

We bought our Kubota here and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Shawn (sales) and Bruce (delivery) both couldn't be nicer. Bruce spent extra time with us when he dropped off our tractor to go over all of its functions and important safety information. Also, we love that they offer a free oil change after the first 50 hours of use. read more

Nice looking business with tons of equipment. I was looking at a used tractor. Talked to sales and the feeling I got was take it or leave it at the price listed. I didn't feel like I worth really talking to as the Kubota was older and used (and under 10K). It didn't matter that cash was king, actually he seemed more interested if financing was in the picture. I'm sure they get lots of cash 'offers' on their used items, but at least as a business that proclaims 'the friendly folks' -- they could at least fake it and show some interest? read more

We have been dealing with Union Farm Equipment for over 20 yrs. We first bought a New Holland tractor in MArch of 2000 and never had a bit of trouble. We had a fire and lost that tractor in the garage fire and bought a used one since we still had many of the attachments. This past May, 2020, Union Farm took out New Holland TC21D tractor/loader/snowblower in trade for a new Kubota since New Holland had been bought out by Fiat, the quality of the new tractors are not there. Ken and his son Jacob treated us great and we are very happy with the new Kubota B2601. They maybe 2 hrs away, but the way they treat their customers, it is well worth the drive for GREAT service. read more

This company has some serious problems when it comes to service. I have a Kubota BX23 tractor that I've had for some 15 years and have been maintaining on my own. Great tractor, lousy dealership, wish I could put negative stars here. This year I decided to turn the tractor over to Union Farm for a more thorough service which included replacing a gasket on front axle leaking hydraulic fluid, new front tires, oil and hydraulic fluid change, filters, etc.. the bill was for several hundred dollars which I paid up front, after what was about a couple weeks, the tractor was returned, gasket wasn't replaced, hydraulic fluid not filled to the point that the loader bucket was non-functional. After this discovery I called the service department and the tractor was retrieved to do the work that was supposed to be done the first time. After expressing my extreme disappointment with the service department they agreed to only charge me for the parts used and not labor. I made that payment and thought case closed. Until this morning when found another service invoice in my mailbox for another $30.05, the service wasn't described, and included a $0.06 Finance Charge. Something very CRAZY going on at Union Farm, you can be sure I'll never step foot in that place again!! read more
