Do not go here for an H pylori test!! Renee screwed up my H…read morepylori test by not asking important screening questions that would have disqualified me from taking the test. Then, she put me in an office alone to do the test myself, unsupervised, and verbally gave me a whole series of steps before she ran off. Quest fought with me and later my insurance company when we asked to redo the test correctly, denying both requests. Quest also sent me a large bill for the incorrectly done test. This was a very important test that needed to be done correctly. Avoid Quest and Renee!! I'm totally done with Quest after this experience, they've lost all of my future business, and anyone else who wants their tests done correctly should avoid Quest.

She came in for only a few seconds, said she would prescribe antibiotics and steroids, and left. I expected her to return to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan, but she never came back. We left without a clear explanation. Only later, from the discharge paperwork, I saw that antibiotics and a steroid cream had been prescribed. I was very concerned and went to Los Robles ER for a second opinion. The ER physician actually examined my son thoroughly, including his arms, legs, abdomen, and overall skin, and diagnosed contact dermatitis. The ER physician also advised that the medications prescribed by urgent care were not appropriate for his condition. As a parent, I found this visit rushed, dismissive, and unacceptable. A child with a sudden rash should be properly examined, and a parent should be given a clear diagnosis and explanation before antibiotics and steroids are prescribed.

I heard nothing, so last week, in JULY, I called to ask about the equipment. "Oh, it's fine!" In the meantime, I read some very questionable reviews, so wasn't expecting much today. However, it was a very positive experience! The parking garage attendant at the Four Seasons told me I should use Valet Parking, but no attendant was present, so I returned to the garage. He was very friendly and said I wouldn't even need to have my ticket validated. He would remember me. It was a very l-o-n-g walk to the hotel! Rolando, a Technician with 25 years experience, guided me through the Imaging procedure, explaining each step in the process. He was friendly, professional, and very competent. We even discussed our impressions of the ongoing World Cup Soccer competition. I was impressed!

More concerning, when an elevator malfunctions, customers can face weeks-long delays before a technician arrives to address the problem. What is most troubling is the impression that maintaining existing equipment and ensuring customer safety have become secondary priorities. Rather than providing prompt, reliable service, the company appears far more focused on selling new installations and upgrades. For a business entrusted with something as essential as elevator safety, that is deeply disappointing. I can no longer recommend their services.
