She didn't pull the rag down far enough over my eyes so when I noticed only one arm alternating between aggressive leg rubs and basically stopping I opened my eyes to see her texting. She texted the entire time she worked on my legs and feet. When I turned over, she shoved her elbows into my spine and caused more pain than what I started with. I always give tips before my massage here and I had the same masseuse once before but didn't have the issue I did today. So I tipped her $5 after I paid for my massage and she wasn't satisfied with that so I gave her another $5 and she still wasn't satisfied. I told her that I just want my massage that I just paid for and that I would give her another $5 after my massage. She agreed and I got my massage. After my massage she practically begged for me to give her the money I said I would give her. So I gave her a total of $15. It's absolutely fucking shitty and not ok to complain to a customer about how much tip they gave you. Be grateful I gave you a tip in the first place.
