This office has the worst possible communication I have ever experienced. None of the departments…read moretalk to each other (dr, nurses, referrals, front desk) they all are just doing their own things and don't follow up. I have been pushed around and shoved off to different departments for months. No one knows how to handle anything. The doctor blames the other departments, they blame each other. Don't expect referrals to go through or authorizations to be communicated. Just a ridiculous excuse for a specialty clinic. Also, the dr only works part time so it takes months to be seen. The worst part is that no one in that office has any empathy. Not one person actually apologized for the issues that they created, they just simply gave excuses. A simple, meaningful apology goes a long way.

I personally love this place I'm back for a 2nd time due to new and rescue Omg injuries and…read moreDr.Kanneganti and his team have been nothing but kind and very compassionate. They have not only helped me retrieve my referrals but have also taken the extra step to making sure I get seen where I need to be seen and taking step by step action to care for each and every injury I've had. I feel safe in their hands and won't go anywhere else. Dr.Kanneganti has not hesitated to really take a look into my injuries to make sure we weren't missing anything. When I fractured my shin he took the extra mile to make sure we can see the hairline fracture and also reassured me that the healing would take time but that I was going to be ok. That alone is enough for me and what we need in our community whether it is good or bad news. Someone who loves to give back to their community thrives with the community! Thank you!
