I sought Tina out when I was searching for therapeutic modalities because I needed more specific support missing from my routine therapy. With Tina's method with EFT I get to do essential depth work. Tina is attentive, attuned, and non-judgmental. These qualities help me to feel seen, heard, and understood. She asks relevant questions and integrates elements of my responses in the session; all which help me to be with and accept sensations and emotions that I would otherwise ignore or not know how to be with. While specific issues are discussed, I am able to learn what core wounds are present and their associated core beliefs. Tina uses that material skillfully, woven through the session. I am able to access and express stuck or inaccessible emotions that were trapped in a past time through the tapping, with her attunement and skillful integration of material sourced from me.
