I sought Tina out when I was searching for therapeutic modalities because I needed more specific support missing from my routine therapy. With Tina's method with EFT I get to do essential depth work. Tina is attentive, attuned, and non-judgmental. These qualities help me to feel seen, heard, and understood. She asks relevant questions and integrates elements of my responses in the session; all which help me to be with and accept sensations and emotions that I would otherwise ignore or not know how to be with. While specific issues are discussed, I am able to learn what core wounds are present and their associated core beliefs. Tina uses that material skillfully, woven through the session. I am able to access and express stuck or inaccessible emotions that were trapped in a past time through the tapping, with her attunement and skillful integration of material sourced from me. I've struggled with finding a release valve for painful and negative emotions because I've learned to survive painful experiences by preferring to think about and interpret them rather than feeling and being with them. Tina's process supports allowing me a new way to be with my experience, one that is accepting and validating.
