The type of person in this field really does make a difference because it has to be someone you are comfortable opening up to and they have to be respectful and down to earth as well- she is all of those things. She tailors our sessions accordingly to my needs and wants which I really appreciate because then I am more invested in helping myself as well. I have noticed that our sessions dealing with my past issues with others have resolved in the sense that I no longer carry those problems in my mind and I am getting along better with these people now.
