The location is decent and decorated cute, a very fun atmosphere. Caitlin working was very kind and explained the process with me. However, that's where my enjoyment ended. I was hopeful to get a small tattoo removed for a decent price as I was quoted in another city. Once Caitlin explains what happens, if the finance guy isn't in the office, they'll set you in a room to wait for his phone call. I was quoted $750 for 10 treatments spaced 6-8 weeks apart. I have previously been told I would only need maybe 5 treatments at most. I asked about payment plans and was offered CareCredit. After going through that process, I informed him that I would need to discuss with my husband before moving forward. He was quite pushy about me contacting my husband while he was at work and wanted me to say yes right away because "the offer wouldn't last." Very financially predatory. Overall, Caitlin was super sweet and I have no doubt she's good at her job, but the process itself left a bad taste in my mouth.
