Greg provides helpful advice about the color, placement and size of logos so that they show up clearly. I've ordered t-shirts, sweatpants, hoodies, shorts, polo shirts, running hats, "dad" hats, 1/4 zip pullovers, full zip jackets, winter hats, puffy vests, and windbreakers from Sunrise. You can place an order for your whole group with him or he can set up an online store for the members of your group to place their own orders and pay him directly. You can pick up the items and pass them out to your members, he can ship the orders, or you can do a combination of both. He is always done with orders before the date he gives you. I've never been worried that he won't finish on time! I highly recommend Sunrise Printing for your apparel needs!

I cannot speak more praise for the amazing job done by CreateMyTee on our family reunion t-shirts…read more Every step of the process went smoothly. The design was great and to my exact specifications, even when I requested several text edits after the initial proof was presented. I love the fact that my family was able to place their own orders, online, via the group order feature and the shirts arrived earlier than requested. I will be using CreateMyTee for future family reunion orders and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service with amazing customer support.

With life happening and my work hours being very similar to their pick-up hours, I figured I would see if it was possible to pay to have it shipped to me. I emailed them YESTERDAY and received a very prompt response that, yes it was possible and they would send it right out. I was provided my tracking number and TODAY, a little over 24 hours later, my jacket was delivered. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!

I was very happy with my purchase - I'd ordered a t-shirt from another company a few months back,…read moreand it was horribly cheap material. Within a week or so it tore and I had to toss it. This new shirt from Underground Printing is really good quality for the price. Granted, it's still a $20 t-shirt, but the screen print is nice and they use Gildan which is decent. I worked closely with Danny at the Underground Printing team - even though we're 2,355 miles apart…read moreand never met, he was so amazingly responsive and we built a great relationship. A real pleasure to work with! Mine was a very small order and all I wanted was a single hoodie for me to wear as a one-person photography business owner. I thought it would be near impossible to find a firm that would actually want to take such a small order. There was nothing in my area of CA so I found this firm in MI. Add to that, that I was very particular about what kind of hoodie I wanted, and I changed my order from a polo shirt and hoodie to eventually just a hoodie, and Danny worked with me every step of the way. He sent me samples for a small fee (the value of one I ended up choosing ended up coming off my printing bill), as the default choice for black hoodies wasn't quite up to my high standards. I found from the selection Danny made available, a really nice, thick American Apparel one, that I tried on and decided I'd like to go ahead with it. The team helped me with the artwork and this was smooth too as I already had a clear idea and a mock-up of what I wanted it to look like. Being able to try it on (not something I expected to be possible, given that I am nowhere near their facility), was huge for me in building trust, given that it was a $140+ order and it probably wouldn't be possible to get a re-do if I didn't like the quality of the hoodie. The printing and the speed of email reply was super, super quick and I couldn't be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. Prices were manageable and I'm just so grateful that they were happy to serve me with my super tiny order.

Only issue with the shirts themselves was a color I had asked for wasn't used and another was chosen without my consent. This wasn't a huge deal, shirts still looked good. Calls were not returned, so I had to stop in the store for updates regularly... every time being met with disdain. Really suggest these people go through some customer service training...
