Chris was so friendly and made sure to advise me they did not have the small size I currently had and would need to up my piercing size. I believe the piercers name was Carrie and she took great care and was gentle with placing a new ring in - it was $30. Side note: I was advised that ear piercings are $25 a lobe, not including jewelry - a little too pricey for me!

There were two people ahead of me and it took 2 hours before I ended up leaving. The rest of the employees were sitting in the back near the restroom... really nice people though.
