My Fiancee bought my ring in Kalamazoo at Zales and when he sent it to get resized they forgot to…read moreput his birthstone back in it. So after he gave it to me I took it to zales in Terre Haute and sent it to get sized. After the 3 weeks had passed and on my promise date I called zales and they said they were still waiting on the birthstone to put in it. I told them I didn't want to go any longer without a ring so they sent it back the same size I sent it in and I wore it for 3 weeks with a sizer in it. They ordered me a new ring and after the 3 week promise date I called again and they said it was shipped back then sent back to the jewler again because the quality was bad. No phone call or nothing. So they promise me another date and lets just say I was shocked when I got a phone call that is was actually in! Just to find out again it was not sized right! So I asked them to please expediate it that I did not need to pay the extra money because I had already waited six and a half weeks on my ring from their mistakes. My ring is suppose to be back in 3 days, we'll see if that happens. So I suggest not getting your jewelry from Zales if you actually want to wear it.
