Except there was only one pigeon and it really didn't attack her, just scared her a bit. So I went on Yelp to get quotes. He was the only one who responded to me. He came by and checked the length of the gutters and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable so I hired him. He was here for about an hour and sent me pictures of the gutters after. I wish he would've taken before pictures too. We hadn't cleaned our gutters since we moved in about 2 years ago so I'm sure they were a mess. He even power washed the driveway and the patio. When I was showing one particular issue with a faucet outside the house, Roger turned the faucet and it broke. He then gathered his guys to repair the broken faucet as it was leaking water now. I had to run to Home Depot with them so I could personally purchase what they needed for the repair. After a few hours and more money it was "Fixed". It seemed fine until March 2024. The water company called to let us know the water bill was extremely high ($373.23). The water company came out to check the problem and come to find, FineShine put sprinkler tubing in instead of the correct plumbing piping! The water company gave my daughter a company in the area to quickly take care of the problem $754.00 later. Called FineShine to mention this issue and they refused to reimburse us a portion for this issue even after spending $6000 with this company, plus the parts I paid for at Home Depot! I was told because we did not call his company to get a chance to repair the problem he was not going to help with any sort of refund. My daughter first did not know who to call and was dealing with the water company at the time. FineShine company is also an hour away from the house. There was no time to call and have Roger come and look over the problem. If this project had been completed correctly the first time this would not have happened! It also had nothing to do with freezing as it was covered during the cold weather and the leak was noticed by the water company in the middle of April 2024. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING!
