Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. Overall, I was disappointed not only with the quality of the work but also with how my concerns were handled afterward.

After my last gutter cleaning I noticed the water kept overflowing from the roof in one spot. BJ claimed the underground pipe that drains the water from the downspout was clogged. This was not the case as I clearly showed him pictures of the water leaking off the roof and the gutter being dry. Unfortunately, he would not come over again to clear the downspout even after 4x emails and asks. This led to a lot of water damage in our basement from water pouring off of the roof and into the foundation. I finally got another gutter cleaner over. They simply climbed up, put a hose into the downspout and out came a bunch of junk that was clogging it. It was a simple fix he wasn't willing to do which cost me over a thousand dollars in damages. I really do not like writing negative reviews but I can't recommend their services.

Multiple texts and messages have gone unanswered with no explanation, no follow-up, and not even the courtesy of a response. What makes this even more frustrating is that the contractor remains active on social media, so it's clear the issue isn't a lack of availability to communicate. Professionalism and communication are basic expectations when hiring a contractor. If you are too busy to take on a project, simply say so. Ghosting potential customers after making commitments is unprofessional and disrespectful of their time. At this point, I've lost confidence and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless there is a reasonable explanation and an effort to make this right, I cannot recommend this contractor based on my experience.

When I followed up to get my question answered they noted that the multi-year agreement was not relevant to the window washing only. They did offer a discount on the window washing because of the confusion. Further correspondence revealed that the discount only comes on subsequent services and they offered to prepare a proposal detailing all of this. Then I learned that they would not provide the proposal until I had scheduled (and received?) the first year service. At that point, the red flag was up and I responded that I was not going to hire them because the process and information had been confusing from the start and did not improve. My concern being that any issues with the actual work would result in the same communication problems. Amazingly, they responded and essentially put it back on me....what I couldn't understand..... Never in 40 plus years of providing professional services did I ever tell a potential client that they were the problem.
