One ATM drive through where you can deposit checks and cash. Withdraw money from your accounts. Also a drive through teller if stopping inside isn't your style. Inside you have your home lone officer. Car loans and personal loans. A little area where the kids can sit and color or play with toys. Counter with about four tellers. Only ever see two open at once and that's during lunch. Generally one is counting change while the other helps process your transaction. Pretty stingy if you wanted to swoop some coin rolls. They'll take your deposited coins. But even as a member they are not completely friendly. Part of the small town vibe/college town unfortunately. Chase, Ameriwest, WSECU, and Bank of America are other options.

It will ding your credit score considerably... When I talked to the manager about it, she apologized. No way to take the dinged credit score back though. Most of financial institutions routinely conduct the background and credit check by doing "soft inquiries" but WSECU conducted a hard inquiry without getting my consent in advance. I just checked my credit report from all 3 consumer credit report companies, TransUnion, Equifax and Experion and, sure enough, there was the record of WSECU inquiring the financial analysis through the "hard inquiry"...It marked down my credit score by 5 points. I examined the credit history from all the other banks and credit unions that I have accounts with in the past but only WSECU left this horrible ding on my credit report.
