Moshe shared different options/plans for the front and back yard (including new retention wall, drainage + turf installment), along with fair estimates. What used to be an eyesore is now a space that literally makes our neighbors stop and do a double take. From start to finish, the customer service was unmatched. I changed my mind more times than I can count, and Roy was incredibly patient, flexible, and accommodating every step of the way. He really listened to what we wanted (and didn't want) and never pressured us into going over budget. The turnaround time was unbelievable--initial call on Tuesday, site visit Wednesday, and by the following Monday demo had started. The entire project was completed by Saturday! They transformed our lawn and side yard with beautiful artificial turf, planters, and even helped us convert unused space into a functional parking area. What really stood out was the extra care--daily check-ins, thoughtful recommendations, and even helping us pick up plants to save on delivery costs. That level of service is rare these days Their pricing is fair for the quality of work you get--it's absolutely worth it. We're beyond grateful for our new outdoor space. If you're on the fence, this is your sign!!! Book with them. You won't regret it!

I'm so glad I chose Home Sweet Home to redo all of the landscaping in my yard. Roy and his team…read morewere very friendly and professional, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and they went above and beyond my expectations. A little backstory...My entire house had been under a massive reconstruction for over a year-and-a-half. During that time the water had to be turned off, killing all of the grass and most of the plants, and turning my entire yard into a dirt lot with overgrown weeds. It was a hot mess. I wanted new drought-resistant plants and artificial grass with a drip system instead of sod grass with a sprinkler system like I had before, but Roy also made some great recommendations that I hadn't even considered. The most significant was replacing my old concrete patio with a bigger patio made of sand-colored pavers. What a difference that made! I couldn't believe that the entire landscaping job was done in just five days, and Roy let me know he was also available afterwards for any questions I might have. Six weeks later, when I had questions about my new drip system controller and wanted to make sure my plants were getting enough water, Roy personally came back out to my house and walked me through all of it. When he left he told me, "Just reach out if you need anything else. I'm here." And Roy means it. He truly wants you to be happy with the work they do and will go the distance to make sure you are. Also, if there is something you'd like done that they don't do (like trimming very tall trees), Roy will have a referral for you. I'm so happy I found Home Sweet Home. Not only did they turn my ugly dirt lot into a beautiful yard again, but it looks 10 times better than it did when I first bought my house in 2007! Thanks, guys!

Francisco was incredibly friendly and professional from the start. They did an excellent job removing the palm tree safely and efficiently. Working with Joseph was seamless--he was extremely organized and communicative throughout the whole process. He's the whole reason we chose Regal instead of the other quotes we got and he really came through on everything we wanted while also giving us his valuable opinion. It was a decent-sized scope: we pulled out a row of old overgrown bougainvillea (stumps, roots and all), demolished a concrete slab by the garage, added a new flagstone pathway and patio, decomposed granite replaced an entire lawn, mulch and decorative pebble in the front yard, a long podocarpus privacy hedge, full drip irrigation conversion with smart timers, and landscape lighting in the front and back. They even installed our new fire pit for us. Joseph walked the property with us, gave real opinions about what would and wouldn't work instead of just saying yes to everything, and stayed reachable by text the whole way through. His invoice was also the most detailed quote we got, which gave us a lot of confidence that the details would be handled when we got through When we changed our minds on a couple of details mid-project, he handled it easily. The crew was punctual, careful around the existing trees and hardscape, and swept up at the end of every day. Fair price, clean work, and genuinely good people to deal with. We'd hire Joseph and Regal again without hesitation. They also finished well ahead of schedule which let us enjoy the yard for enough time before some upcoming travel plans.
