When I took my first bite of my Pad Thai, my immediate involuntary response was to verbalize a big mmmmmmm. I haven't experienced Pad Thai that good in 20 years! I let Hubby have a taste, and his reaction was the same! The duck in his soup was expertly cooked, and the broth was perfectly flavorful.
