Joel was the first company to reply back to me and left his number. We went off Yelp and texted out details. BEST PRICE IN THE AREA! The quotes I was getting were OVER 70$ what Joel said he could do for me, and even with sending over 20 photos showing how dirty the inside was, he said it fell under his basic inside n out package. He spent bout 5hrs in the hot sun working on my car. When he said he'd get the inside and out on his entry package, I didn't think he'd spend as much time as he did getting all the spots in the photos, tidying up, tire dress my wheels.. the work is great. For what I paid, how much time he invested blew my mind, and the work showed. He came with all his own equipment n everything, was punctual, and communicative. I'm currently texting my friends that they need to hit him up and use his services - seriously best prices around. Thank you Joel!!

I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me get back on the road with my vehicle so I was no longer house bound. My vehicle was also washed along with the inside wiped down. I arrived to pick up my car after-hours and noticed immediately that there were several very deep scratches (all the way down to the metal) along the passenger side of the car. I took some photos of the scratches and decided to leave my car there and return to talk to the owner of the shop in the morning. When I arrived, the scratches had been sanded down and sloppily covered with black paint. There was no paint on the scratches when I was there the previous evening so it was clear someone had tried to cover them up before we returned. The owner lied to my face and said those scratches were there when we dropped the car off and that he hadn't done anything to try to cover them up since the previous evening. Not only did they cause extremely expensive to fix damage to the car but, even more concerning, is that they were dishonest and condescending when confronted about the damage.
