I have spent a lot of money over the years on laser tattoo removal, mainly in Leeds and London and whilst I have had a degree of success, the prices I paid were astronomical (literally thousands of pounds) and I had never found anyone who could remove the red ink left. I was given some information about Dan at Ultrapulse and decided to give it a whizz with some more recent tattoos that I no longer liked and so went to visit him a few weeks before Christmas. Dan is a very friendly and affable bloke who clearly knows his stuff. He is professional and happy to answer any questions. We had a good chat the first time I went and as I had previous tattoo removal he was able to zap on the first session after carrying out a medical questionaire. After the first session I noticed a huge difference, especially on the red inks that previously nobody had been able to remove. The black inks also broke down quite significantly and by the time the six weeks had passed, they had all faded even more, however the most remarkable effect was on the red which as I said, nobody has ever been able to remove in the past. I have this morning been to my second session and again can not speak highly enough of not only the amazing results achieved so far but also of Dan's friendly and professional approach. Without any doubt whatsoever the service at Ultrapulse is the best I have ever experienced in ten years of having laser tattoo removal both in respect of the actual process and the person carrying out the procedure. If you've never had tattoo removal but are considering it - do it! And don't disappear into Leeds city centre and pay an obscene amount to someone who doesn't know their stuff like Dan does. His prices are the best I have ever found, his work is of an equally high standard and he's a genuinely nice, knowledgeable bloke who will put you at ease straight away! read more

Dealing with this company and with Dan Jones and Reece has been a nightmare from start to finish. They very nearly put me out of business. They don't follow through with what they say they will do, they NEVER ring back, they will not lift a finger to help you in any way. Once they've had your money they have no interest whatsoever in you and don't care whether your equipment is working or not. They are complete charlatans and I cannot believe that they are still in business. I really hope they won't be for much longer. I wish I had never bought from them and I would never recommend them, in fact I would actively recommend that you run the other way. From what i've seen online there are quite a few people out there who have been ripped off or treated badly by Ultrapulse. Maybe we should all start a 'Ultrapulse survivors' support group? Save yourself the inevitable heartache, frustration, loss of money and loss of business.. buy a decent piece of equipment from a reputable company instead. read more

We have used Ultrapulse for a number of our studios now, the high spec and quality of the equipment, together with superb pre-sales and aftersales I have always recieved far surpasses that of other suppliers we used before. I have just had my first session with Dan @ Ultrapulse, he was very professional, and by the book (filling in of paperwork ect...) after that he seemed to chill, and was very chatty, which was comforting as I was very nervous. He explained everything really well, and even used the laser on his tattoo he is removing first to show me what to expect. I have had this tatooo for 9 years, and it was done @ home! I dont really thing I will need to visit them again cos its gone!!! I had a few small blisters, and its 4 weeks on now. I visited Dan this weekend at the studio in Bradford. I had a consultation a few days before and filled in the required paperwork! 6 sheets!, he is fully insured, and he showed me his certificates. In fact he is so well trained, not only does he hold the certificates, he is able to train and issue them to others. His service was great, he was patient with me, but it did not hurt as much as I expected. The process was done in 5 mins! I visited Dan @ Unltrapulse, I was given a free consultation where the process wass explained fully, they carried out a skin typing test on my skin, and provided a free test patch. I took all the paperwork home and came back with them filled in at the weekend. The machine used is amazing, I have had 2 sessions, and the results are outstanding.
