I had a haircut last week from the manager that recently returned. First off, she has no business working. She can barely even stand long enough to complete a haircut. I can understand the desire to work and feel for her. Additionally, she wreaked of marijuana. People can do what they want but come on man, being high before you come to work and then cutting folks hair. I was going to ask for a shave but once I smelled the pot on her, wasn't no way she was going to use a razor on me. I spoke with several other stylist before the manager came back and they all have stated that they are leaving. She started by saying no pets allowed of which I responded that she is a service dog. She then yelled at me is she certified. This to me was an uneducated response as why would I state she is a service dog if this was not the case. So she implied I was a liar. She clearly has no idea how you deal with someone with a service dog or laws around them because she had asked questions that were inappropriate and then accuse me of being fake. She claimed it was because my dog was looking around and not sitting. What she does not know is this is the behavior she is trained to do to gain my focus on her and not the situation getting me upset. The front person literally chased me out of the store calling me rude for calling her out. She was completely wrong and violated my rights under ADA law.
