One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a business. I've never felt so targeted! The owner was so shady and vindictive it seemed. I bought a package last winter, and when I would come in she would be vacuuming and see me and continue to vacuum and slowly walk to the desk.
I didn't think much of this but the last time I walked in and was the only one in there, I could hear her vacuuming in the back. The door makes a sound when you open it and it only makes sense she would know when there were customers in her store. I waited for several minutes while her daughter was running around in the front, AND NO ONE EVER CAME OUT. I can't even explain how mad I was getting when I gave up and left. I sat in my car for a while, watched as another girl entered the salon and I KID YOU NOT, two seconds later the owner shows up behind the counter, smiling and greeting the customer. I could not even believe it... I was a paying customer with a package and she was trying to refuse my business for what?
I don't know if this lady had it out for me, but I was extremely kind to her, always left the beds nice.
Still trying to find forgiveness & forget about the whole thing.
At least I'm staying away from tanning salons now. read more
